I like claires because i myself change my nail polish color everyday-ish and by the time it chips i am already going to take it off i also love the colors and now they came out with a imitation opi shatter coat and nail pens that i am hesitant to try. i still love my opi, revlon, china glaze and essie but this is a nice change espeically good for teens because of various colors and easy removal.

The colors are very attractive, but don’t let looks deceive you! The colors look great when you first put them on, but after a day or 2 it starts to crack and chip away, no matter how many times you put top coat on. Well, let me get to the worst. I had painted my nails with easter bunnies for Easter. After a week, it started to chip away. One nail was pretty much gone, so I peeled the rest off of the nail. You know that little lining of skin that attaches your nail to your finger? (it is toward the bottom of your finger nail) Well, here, the nail polish was attached to this lining of skin. It hurt like heck when I tried to get it off.

At £2 per bottle these are better value in the UK than elsewhere because drug store brands are more expensive here. I have it in Slate (shimmer) and Grey (cream). I’m pretty impressed actually, especially with the Grey, it’s perfect in two coats and I sometimes don’t even get that with OPI. You absolutely must wear a good quality top coat, but anyone who wants their polish to last would know that anyway. I’ll still be picking up China Glaze Recycle as this has a little more blue to it than I was looking for but overall quite good.
