this is from the 2015 winter holiday collection where OPI played a lot with metallic textures. In the bottle this one is more rose gold, on my nails I’m getting more silver glitterbomb with holographics. Its opaque in two coats dries a bit textured and its full on bling.
I’m wearing it as a christmas polish but it would be fantastic for new year, for parties or for those occasions when you want your nails to sparkle and pick up all the light.
I like it, its a special occasion or a ‘i just feel like doing the sparkleicious glitter bomb on my nails’ and yet being a silver any age can wear this really, young or old, its feminine and its fun. Will definitely be keeping and enjoying this polish for many years to come.

My first “sand” polish. I didn’t know it was that way when I bought it at a discount beauty store..four OPI polishes for 20 dollars. (buy three and get one free…and one of them have to be a color on sale) I love unique colors. My funky blues, purples and greens always go on my toes. The pinks, reds and glitters on my fingers. I have noticed that the glitters helped hide my peeling fingernails…the dominant right hand…but this is so rough feeling! I guess I am not used to this texture. I applied two coats (kind of thick polish) and I put a top coat on because it dried matte and I like the glitters in this. So far on day two, this had not chipped. I am not getting the rosey gold. I got gold, period. Must be my skin coloring. Well, it is a good thing I tried the sand polish but I won’t be buying this kind of polish anymore. Not what I am used to..

Ce-less-tial Is More is a rosy-toned silver glitter, which also has some holographic glitter pieces scattered throughout the formula. This polish has so much glitter in that it is fully opaque in two coats.
The glitter is so finely cut and packed that it has more of a Liquid Sand textured formula then being a traditional out-and-out glitter bomb, so removal isn’t very hard. If you want to wear this shade over another polish then you need to so using the dry-brush method, as the amount of glitter makes this polish a bit thicker than is usual for OPI.
I love the look and feel of the ‘liquid sand’ finish, so am thrilled that OPI snuck one into the Starlight collection. It is made to be worn without a topcoat for the gritty, matte finish, but as there are tons of glitter particles in the polish it looks good with topcoat too. I prefer the matte look of this polish, so I do find it will chip a bit faster then normal OPI polishes, but as it has a textured finish touch ups are easy to do and are unidentifiable.

Ce-less-tial Is More is a shade from OPI’s new Starlight collection. Basically it’s a glitter bomb, filled to the brim with gold and holographic glitter in a base shade of pink champagne. I did not find it very sheer at all, it’s rather opaque and two coats will pretty much completely cover your nail. So if you try to use it as a glitter topper you won’t see much of the shade underneath.
Overall I wasn’t as happy with Ce-less-tial is More as I though I’d be from looking at swatches online! The formula (at least in my bottle) is a bit thick and goopy and I have to work fast if I want this to look good on my nails. really think that this shade should have been created as a full-on Liquid Sand formula. It would have improved the application considerably. Meh….
