Bow is a line of polishes from Dance Legend, Russians polish maker. I already own a couple of Dance Legend polishes, and Andromeda is my second Bow polish.
Andromeda is a multi chrome polish. The predominant colours are blue and purple, I think. The shift is difficult to describe, said catch different colours in different light. It has lots of turquoise flakies in it. It dries to shiny, metallic finish. For those familiar with DanceLegend polishes, imagine adding turquoise flakies to Celia, and you won’t be far away from Andromeda.
This polish applied very thinly, which means you need 3-4 coats to get full opacity, but it is easy to build up. I haven’t tried it myself, but it might be a good idea applying Andromeda over another dark polish, which tends to be the case with most duo/multi chromes. It lasts well.
All in all, this polish has lived up to my expectations, but I believe the novelty factor will wear off after a couple if applications. I wouldn’t repurchase it, but I would recommend it to anyone who likes their nails to stand out. This polish demands to be noticed and talked about.
