I love this cream red polish. The formula is great. It’s not streaky at all. You could probably get away with using 1 coat, but the 2nd coat adds the depth of colour. If you like red polish, you can’t go wrong with this one.

This is a gorgeous red, I did white (My Boyfriend Scales Walls) polka dots all over it and it was mesmerising! It’s a dark, luscious red, quite close to Malaga Wine but with slightly less blue/purple undertone. It went on a dream on most nails, for some reason a couple needed a second coat to cover the nail line, but that’s probably down to my newbieness. I think most people could just use one coat.

Best red EVER! This, IMO, is sex in a bottle. I’m a blonde, and my skin tone is kind of on the neutral side, but definitely leaning more towards cool. A lot of red polishes (with pink/blue undertones) look seriously awful on me. This one is beyond perfect and I feel that it would honestly work for almost anybody. Even my boyfriend (who is usually not a fan of red polish on me – he prefers pinks. Typical guy!) said, “wow, I actually really love the way that polish looks on you.” Score! I got mine done at the salon yesterday and have already ordered 2 because I LOVE it that much!

All I Want for Christmas (Is OPI) is one of my favorite red shades OPI has ever released! It’s a very flattering blue based mid-tone red. The staying power is wonderful with this shade. Since it’s a holiday collection, I bought two more bottles just to stock up because I loved it so much!

All I Want For Christmas (Is OPI) is part of OPI’s Mariah Carey Holiday 2013 Christmas collection, and is one of the red shades.
It is a rich maroon colour, with a lovely, shiny creme finish – I’d forgotten how nice and sophisticated uncomplicated creme shades are. I’m normally not fond of red shades but this shade is blue based so it’s not RED red, meaning I’m enjoying wearing it immensely, and have already worn it twice within a fortnight even though I have a ton of untrieds to go through.
The formula is smooth to apply and is quick to dry. As the colour is highly pigmented you really only need one coat and it dries quickly (within three minutes). This shade is a two coater on me as there are one or two thin spots, but someone who is better at painting their nails then me could probably get away with one coat.
Using my usual base and top coat, this polish will last me around 2/3 days with only minimal wear; but I’m tough on my hands and am always catching my nails (self powered wheelchair user), so it will probably last longer on other people.
