I am super picky about nail polish and typically only buy Essie, OPI, and Orly. I passed by a display of this at Whole Foods and one of the shades really caught my eye. I was drawn to the shade Desert Princess, it’s a nice dark pink with a warm tone, this a a creme shade meaning it dries glossy but is not glittery. The shade was almost completely opaque in one coat, and could probably be word in a single coat, it’s just a matter of preference. I did have some streaking on my right thumb with the first coat. I was pretty surprised by the quality, not because it’s a “natural” brand but because so few brands of polish actually are.

I wanted to post in case it’s helpful to someone else. I finally found out that I was allergic to nail polish. My fingers and toes never reacted but when I wore nail polish of any regular brand I got itchy red patches on my neck and on my eyelids. For years I thought my reaction was from retin a. My teen daughter regularly got little bumpy hives on her fingers. Long story short I realized that my neck and eye rashes were from nail polish. My dermatologist told me that these allergies are more common than one might expect and sensitive areas such as the neck and eyelids are likely to be affected.

This nail polish lasts barely a day before it chips. I really like some of the colors but it is not long lasting unfortunately.

This is my second time using Pacifica Nail Polish. I like that the polish dries quickly and I like the color I bought. The only issue righr now is that the polish chips in 2 days. I purchased the base and top coat and the quick dry but it doesn’t help. What can I do about that? The polish is to expensive not to last.

I have this in Magic Ponch Shell. The square bottle is cute, I do like the packaging. The color in the bottle looks like a bright peach with gold shimmer. It applies more like a neutral peach, no where near as bright as in the bottle, and the shimmer is barely noticeable on the nails. The first coat is streaky, 2nd coat makes it look better, 3 is best, but I don’t think it looks totally opaque and smooth. This also takes forever to dry, I was surprised based on previous reviews saying it dried quickly. These cost $9 at Ulta, but they have some good deals going on now, so this ended up costing me $5. Not sure if I’d try another color, I’m not super crazy about this one.
Edit 11/30- I do like the finish of the nail polish with Seche Vite top coat, and the lasting power was a little better. Ulta had a sale, so I ended up also getting Pretty & Pink (a light pink cream) and Pale Blue Eyes (a periwinkle light blue cream). I do like these 2 colors, the finish is more even and opaque, and I only need 2 coats with these.

Purchased in the color Pale Blue Eyes which is gorgeous. I have been on the hunt to replace Dior 204 Porcelaine which was a limited edition. This is it with a better formula. It does take at least 3 coats for this to be opaque. It does dry streaky, the 1st coat but Not too bad. I am Not one locked into a brand as I wear Marc Jacobs, OPI and Dior dependent on who makes the color I want. However comparing this to Sparitual another vegan brand this goes on much smoother and dries faster. Purchased at Ulta in store but Target sells on their website for a little cheaper.

I tried this for the first time in Unicorn Horn, which is a beautiful opaque opalescent color. It has better lasting color than most of mine. More like a gel polish for how long it lasts without chipping. I applied 3 coats, and they went on smoothly and dried fast. Love it.

I LOVE this polish! It has become my hg and the only brand I use, other than the Trust Fund Beauty I get from Ipsy.

I have this in the shade Blushing Bunnies along with the top & base coat. I purchased this online and thought the color was going to be pink toned. It is not. Blushing Bunnies is a peachy creme color. Doe not look pink at all on my nails, more orange/coral. I found that this particular color needs three coats to not look streaky. The overall wear of this 7 free nail polish was the same as any other nail polish I use. I tend to just use polish on my toes and this lasted without chipping over a week. I am on the fence if I would try another color. I will have to go to Ulta and see the colors in person.

Awful! It’s expensive, still smells very chemically and has the worst lasting power of any polish I’ve tried. I followed the usual steps and used the matching topcoat. In two days, my nails were a chipped mess. And not little chips, big chunks. I expected better from you, Pacifica!
