This was a miss for me. It takes forever to dry. You have to apply a lot of coats or it will look streaky. When you finally do get it to dry an hour or so later its really pretty, but the very next day within a 24 hour period there was very noticeable chipping, on several different nails. This product was just not for me. I gave it two lippies because the color is brilliant, but other than that, I will not be using this again nor will I be repurchasing. It’s true wet n wild has come out with some gems, but this needs to be reformulated in my honest opinion. I was shocked whenever I saw it said 70%+ would repurchase…

Not sure how this is much different from a regular, non-gel polish. I painted my nails in the white color. It’s a decently opaque white; maybe with better mani skills, I could have gotten a uniform white color with only two coats. But the wear and chipping time is just like any other nail polish. It dried relatively quickly but in the last four days that this manicure has lasted, it’s gotten so many dings and chips. So buy it and expect the wear of a normal cheap nail polish.

Really not a big fan of these – streaky, doesn’t wear well. There’s a deep red that I like that I can’t remember the name of , but the lighter colors were awful to apply evenly and I tossed the two I tried.

This is the best nail polish I’ve had in the last few years. I’ve bought the shade called Don’t Be Jelly! which is a lovely light pink color, with a hint of glitter in it, but not too much, so you can easily wear it for everyday occasions. The brush is wide enough so it’s easily applicable and dries super fast with no streaks. I’d say it lasts for at least 5 days, possibly more. I removed it easily as well with an acetone-free nail polish remover. Since there’s a lot more other shades available, I look forward to trying out some of them eventually and will be definitely buying this product again. So it’s 5/5 for me! 🙂

Prior using Wet N Wild 1 Step wonder gel I was sure that nothing beats Jessica in luck of performance. I was wrong. Wet n Wild at least in shade 705A Peach For The Stars is the ultimate worst nail polish ever.
Pros:
– the bottle is cool, looks and feels much more expensive than 5$
Cons:
– it goes on very streaky;
– you need to apply it fast and aim for a thick layer to get it even. I hate thick layers and I like to apply nail polish carefully. I never have to cleanups on my cuticles and my nails look directly perfect because of the way I apply nail lacquer. (I have an art degree and I can write with both hands, so it’s not that difficult for me.) It takes me 30 seconds per coat per nail, but this polish doesn’t give me that time to apply it. Brush drags it from one place to another. You simply can’t go over a freshly painted part;
– it chipped on me (four fingers on both hands) within 4 hours and I got some deep dents from I don’t know what. I wasn’t hard on my nails. I drove, eat with a spoon and watched some movie. I didn’t put any base or top since it is claimed to be one step polish, but I prepped my nails with alcohol wipes;
– I went to the bed 6 hours after I’ve done my nails and I woke up with sheet marks! How nail polish can chip and get sheet marks simultaneously?!
The worst polish ever! I wish I kept the check to bring it back. Even 5 dollar is too much for this, except if you’re nail polish bottle collector. Garbage!

I have the gold and light peach color. I love the gold and not so much the other color. The formula is amazing!! It’s the only nail polish that doesn’t start to chip almost right away. This easily lasted 5-7 days for me, which is unheard of for my nails.

I do not get the love for this product, it chips instantly on me (within hours!) whether I use it by itself as directed or with a base/top coat. Beautiful colors and the great WnW brush but a terrible formula

Ok I think I may have most of the colors now. My favorite is Under my Plum. I had that particular color on with a sinful colors gel top coat and I was on nearly the 7th day when it got the first chip. You have no idea how excited I am about this particular line. I bought it one day when I saw it on sale and wanted to check out the no light polishes. I am just so ecstatic about it. I’m in love with this nail polish and it’s all I use. Please check it out! My only request is to please make more colors!

Hands down, the BEST nail polish I’ve ever used. Can get at least a week with just very minimal chipping, chips that are almost too small to see. Often I can get even more than a week. And that’s unheard of for me with any other polish, just tried the CND Vinylux and got three days. Also, it doesn’t seem to matter which top coat I use, this polish wears like iron. And it doesn’t stain my nails so I don’t even need a base coat. The only polish I buy now.
