I bought this for the matte purples which are so pigmented and that’s hard to find. The baked shimmers are soft and there are some gorgeous shades but most of the shades have glitter and it goes everywhere.
The matte colors blend well and are mostly warm. There is a green matte that looks like mud on application. You get two mattes in a charcoal and black hue that are redundant. A matte cream is omitted. The center highlighter is just an off white shimmer that is just okay.
The deal breaker is that these shadows fade quickly. I tried every primer/base possible and within a couple of hours the color is almost gone!

There are so many shadows in this palette, and all I’ve tried are very pigmented and easy to blend. There is one particular look which YouTuber Julie Dawn Olsen created that I like to replicate a lot because it is just so flattering. This palette might be a bit overwhelming if it’s for a beginner with makeup, but with all the different shadows I think the possibilities for different looks are endless. Would definitely want to repurchase this one when my current one expires. Hope this isn’t a limited edition and it’s here to stay.

I’m so excited that I have this in my collection. It’s so beautiful and versatile. If you are a fallout snob then warning, it has kickback. I don’t care about that. it’s super blendable and the colors have amazing pigment.

Love it! The colors r all super wearable. They really glide on and blend easily. I love the highlight too as a pop of light on my lid. The packaging is so cute!!! I can’t believe this was so inexpensive!! These shadows r so awesome and affordable…u can def dump Tarte with BH stuff!

I found out about this palette when my sister tagged me because she knows how much I love Astrology and eyeshadow. This palette with a highlight is fabulous! You get 12 matte and 12 shimmer shades plus one gorgeous highlight. The highlight is so pretty it looks white but on the skin it’s a lavender undertoned gold shade. It’s hard to describe but, I do not own a shade like this as it doesn’t translate into a true white highlight at all. But it’s so pretty and it looks amazing on! About me for reference NW20, blonde hair, green eyes, and very cool undertones. The eyeshadow in this is also amazing the shimmers go on so well with minimal to no fallout in my case. I’ll describe them a bit starting with:
Ares- Aqua blue but kinda muted with multi dimensional shimmer. It applies even and is very pigmented so much so it can stain. Corresponding matte shade is Black it’s pretty pigmented.
Taurus- gorgeous rose gold shade with shimmer. Very pigmented and easy to blend. Matte shade with this is dark purple but it wears very sheer. Needs to be built for true opacity.
Gemini- white pearl shimmer great for the inner eye as a highlight. Matte is lavender and it’s soft and has good pigmentation.
Cancer- Grey lavender with multi dimensional shimmer. Matte is a red based purple that’s very pigmented and soft.
Leo- light pink it is so pretty paired with Libra in this palette. Matte Magenta very dark and pigmented I love this shade.
Virgo- Light bronze with a light pink undertone. Light pink very opaque and blends very well.
Libra- Burgendy shade that makes green eyes stand out. Dark brown cool toned and pigmented.
Scorpio- coppery bronze shade that’s metallic looking more than shimmery. Terra-cotta shade very pigmented.
Sagittarius- dark green with light green undertone. Very pigmented and smooth. Burnt orange very smooth.
Capricorn- grey with a gold shift hard to explain but it is so pretty. Blends easily and very pigmented. Smokey grey very soft and blends easily.
Aquarius- my favorite shade in the palette it’s like a yellow gold reddish undertone it’s very unique and it blends well and looks awesome on. Fleshy nude matte.
Pices- darker rose gold shade or dark pink with multi dimensional shimmer. Chocolate Brown and is lastly very opaque.
So for me this is a good palette and all in all a steal for the price. I got mine at the introductory price but it should be a little over $20 plus there are always sales. I really love how they gave 12 shimmer and 12 matte plus the highlight that can be used as a transformer shade as well. So to me this is well worth the price. Also the colours go on and are very true to pan. Not many at all needed to be built up. So that was very nice. Also you get big pans and they are very pigmented in fact I was like wow when I swatched them. I own the galaxy palette and love all things space so I was like I have to get this palette so glad I did because I love it. Would repurchase if I ever run out because it’s really good. 🙂 Recommended.
