   This is such a good dupe for its Too Faced counterpart – and a steal at the price. The colours are so pigmented and creamy and blend very well. I was so impressed by this I purchased the caramel chocolate bar which is even better for my NW20 skin. At this price you can’t really go wrong!

   I bought 4 makeup revolution eyeshadow palettes and they all are of terrible quality. they are a pain to use, they don’t build up to show and they don’t stay on the lid no matter what primer or glitter base I use. Horrible

   Pros:
   1. Great packaging: sturdy plastic with melted chocolate design
   2. Comes with a generous sized mirror
   3. Colors look similar to Too Faced’s Chocolate Bar palette
   4. Very cheap and affordable

   Cons:
   1. The colors look beautiful but they do not swatch nor apply well
   2. I have to dig my brush into the pans to get more product because the pigmentation was sub par
   3. The shadows are too chalky
   4. I find that since I have to layer on the colors a lot to get the desired pigmentation on my lid, a lot of powder is wasted.
   5. Must need primer else the color won’t stay on
   6. My constant shadow build up results to hideous fall outs on my under eyes
   7. The powders are not finely milled
   8. I sensed some sensitivity and itchiness when I use this product on my lids
   9. The fall outs irritate my under eyes maybe because the granules of the powder rough on the skin
   10. I can smell the chemical scent of the product which puts me off. I feel like I am applying harsh products on my skin– so close to my eyes!

   I bought this palette because I saw great reviews about this. True, the look of it qualifies it as a dupe for Too Faced’s Chocolate Bar. However, please note that the shadows are terrible and whenever I use this palette, I can sense sensitivity in my eyes. I do wear contacts and all those fall out really do irritate my eyes and skin. I know I love the sturdy packaging and the large mirror across the palette’s lid but that’s it. Please save your money and invest on better shadows from Lorac (Pro line), Urban Decay, Tarte, or Too Faced.
