Pur Minerals Love Your Selfie Palette is such a hidden gem! I found it in a drug store in Canada (not sure if I’m allowed to name the store) and since I’d already bought and love their “Soul Mattes” matte eyeshadow palette, I thought I’d try this.
What’s included:
-4g tube of Big Look Mascara (didn’t like at all! Into the garbage. Clumpy and goopy)
-Deluxe sample of Lipgloss in Exposed (not bad, not great, I threw it out)
-matte blush in Savvy (LOVE IT! I actually use this as eyeshadow. Beautiful)
-Mineral Glow bronzer (I like it. Satin finish, good shade, warm but not orangey)
-Highlight/ Illuminating Powder in Afterglow (I like it. Pearly white-champagne shimmer)
-8 good sized eyeshadows (5 matte, 2 shimmer, 1 metallic)
You can find exact colour descriptions on their website, but I’ll say that the eyeshadows are neutral warm and leaning pink and purple. Any of the powders (highlight, blush, bronzer, or shadows) can all be worn as shadows, as with any good palette. Little to no fallout, and no creasing, although I did use a primer. I appreciate the deep black matte shadow to use wet or dry as liner, and love the night time look you can get for deepening up the outer V with the shimmery dark purple “Photobomb” shade. I know many palette reviews boast that their palette can take you from work appropriate to evening/party looks, but with this one you really can.
Good sturdy cardboard packaging, good sized mirror.
The only negative I’d say about this palette is that the mascara and lipgloss have their own slots built inside the palette, so it wastes space unless you are specifically using that mascara and gloss. I took them both out, and the ones I prefer to use don’t fit in the slots, so it does add bulk with wasted space.
