Light-medium, combination skin with bottle blonde hair here. I cannot praise this enough, it’s a ridiculously good product. All colours blend like a dream. I use the darker blush shade for my eye crease as well. It looks limited but I assure you, it’s not. If you play around with this long enough, you can get about 5 or 6 distinct looks out of it, that work any hour of the day. That’s because any combination, results in an enhanced, more beautiful version of you. Even the stronger looks look natural. Honestly. I don’t know how she’s formulated this to work this way. Use a light hand with the blushers at first, until you get a good sense for their pigmentation. I’ve bought this as a present for friends with olive skin and it works equally well. I haven’t touched any other palettes or face products since I got this. Just bought back up, as I’ll be hitting pan soon on the bronzer (I contour with this, it’s perfect).
Looking at my palette after 2.5 months, most used are the bronzer, both blushes and eyeshadows 1 and 2. With this heavy use, it will last from 3.5 to 4 months (I put a full face of makeup every morning, I’m not exactly a 5-minute girl). I consider the price very reasonable for what you get. After 20 years of enthusiastically searching the beauty market for the next best thing, I’m sticking with this until they make it no more.

I cannot say enough good things about the CT Glow palette! The formulations are all so lovely as are the color selections and the packaging. This is the palette I reach for in the morning when I need to do a “5 minute face” and the palette I take with me when I travel. I already have my eye on the getting the other palettes, but don’t really need them, because this one is absolutely perfect.

Most of my other makeup has been ignored since I got this palette. Every shade is perfect for my NC 20 skin, and it gives me a lovely, glowy look without looking overdone. #4 is a perfect contour shade for me, and and # 7 is a beautiful subtle highlight. I watched a Charlotte Tilbury video on youtube and got some good tips on use. This is easy to use, as it has the numbers and descriptions of each product stamped right on there.
This product is the perfect size to throw in your purse for touchups on a night out.
There are only two things I would change to make this product even better –
1.) a darker eye color to use as a liner
2.) the blush pans could be a bit bigger for easier access. I had to switch to a smaller than usual blush brush to access them.

I love love this palette!
the first champagne base color eye shadow also acts like a primer. I wish the darkest color was a bit darker, but appreciate that it is not overly shimmery and more of a pearl.
the bronzer seems really light depending on your skin tone, but it still surprisingly does a lot of work on its own! I like to blend the 2 cheek colors together – these 2 shades are in the permanent collection known as: CHEEK TO CHIC: THE CLIMAX. the highlighter is perfect, its not too shiny.
the eye shadows don’t crease on me at all – they are awesome. I always had to wear primers with all of my e/s and with Charlotte, I don’t as long as I use the lightest color as a base. the SA told me there is “built in primer” In these light shades…. whatever is built in, works.
this palette is a beautiful rose-glow with cali girl vibe – perfect for all seasons, not just summer. I love it! 😀

I bought this palette when it was released and have been using and loving it for the past couple of months. I also own the Natural Beauty version of the Instant Look Palette, and the two are distinct enough that owning both is worthwhile.
The packaging is up to usual Charlotte Tilbury standards- solid, attractive, and luxe, with a large mirror that is great for travel.
The eyeshadows: This is where the compact loses a point for me. While I love all three shades, I can’t use them as suggested and end up with an eye look that I am happy with. The #1 base shade is a lovely shimmery champagne, but too shimmery for me to use as a browbone highlight, and it will accentuate any texture/crepe-iness if used as an all over base. It is lovely when confined to the mobile lid or used as an inner corner highlight. The #2 enhance shade is a gorgeous shimmery rosey bronze. I love it on the lid or under the lashline, but not blended above the crease as the demos show. I need a matte transition shade to use for that. I sort this by using the #4 face/bronze shade as my transition. The #3 smoke shade is a stunning, highly pigmented matte red brown that is amazing in the crease, lower and upper lashline. Be aware that a little goes a long way on fairer skin tones of the #3. Quality of shadows is great, although the #2 shade is a little less buttery and pigmented than CT shadows usually are and requires some building up.
Face: The bronze and highlight are exemplary. #4 is just neutral enough to sculpt as well as bronze with, and I believe the same as the one in the Filmstar Bronze and Glow palette. Be aware that medium to dark, and deeper skintones likely will not find this bronzer dark enough, but the #5 cheek shade may be usable instead. The highlight is a pale gold and absolutely gorgeous.
Cheek: These are my favourite in the palette. I was concerned about the #5 shade on fair skin (I am NC15, #2 in CT’s Light Wonder), but with a light hand and blended well it is stunning. It truly gives a sun kissed reddish glow, in the most attractive, sophisticated way. The #6 Pop shade adds a wonderful pop of coral-pink on the apples, and the whole effect is beautiful. I wish CT sold this blush among their individual ones!
Overall this palette is high quality, easy to use and beautifully put together. It will be my go to for a sophisticated glowy look this summer. I would happily repurchase this, and would jump at the chance to purchase the cheek products separately as well.

I adore the Natural Beauty palette, so I was very excited to try the Beauty Glow. Unfortunately, there were two problems that I just couldn’t get past. First, the Eye Enhance shade is very sheer, and dry compared with the buttery, pigmented texture of the other eye shades. I have Wet ‘n Wild shadows with better payoff and texture. Second, the Cheek Swish shade is so dark and highly pigmented that it just looks ruddy and patchy when used as blush on my NW20 skin, no matter what I do. If I were darker complected, it would probably be lovely (however, the other colors would probably be either too light or sheer!) Another minor issue is that I highly prefer a matte brow bone highlight, and the one in this palette is very frosted, which wouldn’t be a dealbreaker on its own, because it’s a nice lid or inner corner shade. But when combined with the other two problems I have, I just can’t justify the price.

Love this palette! It is summer. I thought it might possibly be aging and too shimmery, no, it lights up your face! The shades are warming and heathy. Not glittery or shimmer right into my wrinkles. Worth the price of admission.

I completely concur with the previous reviewers who raved about this latest edition in Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup candy store. Since the other reviewers already gave very accurate shade descriptions which I won’t repeat here, I would simply like to add that I was initially a bit hesitant to order this item because in the online pictures the shades looked somewhat dark while I am very fair, NW15, BB Porcelain for reference, with blond hair. I also own the Seductive Beauty and Natural Beauty palettes, with Natural Beauty being my favorite for an everyday look. So I took the plunge, hoping the Glow palette wouldn’t look too dark or muddy against my skin tone. I am very glad I got this! In the meantime I have worn it for a few days in a row and I actually prefer this over the Seductive Beauty palette, while the Natural Beauty remains my favorite of the three. So I do encourage fair ladies to check it out as long as it is offered, as these shades are very universally flattering on a wide range of skin tones. Priced at $75 before tax.

I would rebuy this again in a different color (if I had the disposable income) but I don’t need another one of these as lovely as it is I’m sure it will last awhile & im always onto the next latest greatest NEW things! Deandra gave me her awesome CT advice thank you so much! Read her reviews if you want somebody very knowledgeable about CT products. She’s been invaluable! I got this palette & the travel brushes to go with it. It literally took me ~5 mins to retouch my MOTD taking me from desk to well not date more like couch I don’t have a date shame it’s a Friday nite! These colors are lovely. Indeed the bronzer is from FilmStar & the hi lite is paler & more yellow. I didn’t have any CT blushes & only 1 eyeshadow quad (I do own Filmstar but it’s so nice having a back up!). I had to pick between the 3 palettes becoz I couldn’t afford all 3 (I dearly wanted all 3!! Decisions had to be made becoz I wanted scent of a dream, the travel brush set, 2 lipsticks, 2 lipglosses & a pocket pout. But I am beyond thrilled w my choices & I will wear pillow talk lipcheat, pillow talk lipstick & seduction lipgloss w this. I plan to wear barbarella brown or bedroom black rock n kohls eyeliners as I plan to buy Audrey but I ran out of fundage I have bedroom black on ATM but I’ll wear barbarella brown tomorrow. And this is the perfect look for wearing glasses nudetrals are perf & you can wear this w brown eyeliner, brown mascara (curled lashes mascara/tightline eyeliner top only leave bottom bare or use white or flesh toned eyeliner on your bottom waterline.), brows, muted brownish pink blush & then a soft pink lipstick like Pillow Talk (this is how I’ve adapted the look from L’Oréal dot com). Thus palette is great for every day but you could Glam it up with a great red lipstick w warm tones like Red Carpet Red (Charlotte tilbury lipstick) & darker brows more intense building of the colors & black eyeliner. I’m not a fan of winged eyeliner myself (simply becoz no matter how much practice of YT I just can’t get the hang of it + I’m 4-0 so I want to remain age appropriate although if you are 39+ you may want to check out seductive beauty palette instead of this becoz I think it’s all matte? Not for sure on that). I don’t mind a bit of shimmer becoz I’ve not got that crepey wrinkling delicate skin “yet.” My skin is so oily it’s tough! I only have 1 small tiiiiiiny wrinkle under each eye barely perceptible). Anyways if you decide to get this palette I suggest the travel brush set with it. It’s all the brushes you will need to use the palette. This is an awersome palette. You wouldn’t regret purchasing this palette it would flatter skin tones of all coloring/complexions & occasions. It would even work for all ages too & it’s a very classy look. It’s limited edition so snap this up!! Xx #winning

I bought both of Charlotte’s previous Instant Look palettes and they have been perfect for trips. The first was Natural Beauty, a selection of brightening pastel pinks and neutrals. I took it with me on a couple of weekend excursions and mastered a subtle no-makeup look with it. Then during the Nordstrom anniversary sale last year, Charlotte Tilbury introduced the second Instant Look in a Palette, Seductive Beauty. That palette contains darker, more sultry shades that allow you to build a true smoky eye. It’s sophisticated and classic. So I was excited when Charlotte came out with a third Instant Look in a Palette. This one is called Beauty Glow, featuring rose gold and bronze tones.
In each Instant Look in a Palette, there are three eye shadows, two blushes, a bronzer and a highlight powder. The palette is a great size. It fits in my purse. I can hold it comfortably in my left hand while I do my makeup yet the mirror is big enough to actually be useful. The compact is sturdy plastic in Charlotte’s signature colors, night crimson and rose gold. I prefer her packaging to most other brands. (As much as I love the colors in Benefit’s Cheek Parade, their cheap cardboard packaging doesn’t travel well.)
When you open an Instant Look in a Palette, you see that the pans are organized in seven steps starting with the top left pan and ending with the bottom right. The first eye color is always a base or “Prime” shade. Beauty Glow’s prime is a champagne shimmer, a touch warmer than the one in the Natural Beauty palette. The second is a shimmery “Enhance” shade. It’s described as a rose gold, and yes, it is, but it’s also kind of peachy on my lids and very flattering to blue eyes. The third shadow, the “Smoke” shade, is deeper for contouring the eye. This one has a satin texture, more matte than the other two. It isn’t as dark as the espresso shadow in Seductive Beauty and won’t give you that level of contrast. It’s a medium soft brown with a hint of terracotta. Beauty Glow is intended to give you a soft sun-kissed look.
The powders blend smoothly and the colors last well. It’s almost as if this palette were designed around Stoned Rose, one of the line’s best “my-lips-but-better” lipsticks. It reminds me of the red rock landscape of Sedona, Arizona and these are the ideal shadows and blushes to wear with it. Beauty Glow is also shown with Pillow Talk lip liner and lipstick in the #GLOWMO tutorial on charlottetilbury.com.
The bronze pan is similar in depth to the bronzer in Natural Beauty and shows up best on fairer skin. It’s much lighter than the bronzer in Seductive Beauty, which is deep enough for darker complexions. The highlight pan is nearly identical to the highlight in the original Filmstar Bronze & Glow duo. The two cheek colors can be layered or worn separately, depending on your preference. The dark “Swish” is a very pigmented rusty rose, paired with a lighter “Pop” shade, a Spring pink. By the way, Charlotte’s system is easy and a great way to start, but I have been known to use all seven colors as eyeshadows, in case you feel like thinking outside the box.
I’m blonde, relatively fair, and I love this palette. I think these soft desert colors are essential for natural redheads, too. Charlotte Tilbury is a redhead and perhaps that’s why she has so many great shades for gingers. Brunettes who wear a lot of earth tones will enjoy this, too. (If you’re into cooler neutrals, check out Seductive Beauty and Natural Beauty.)
Each Instant Look in a Palette is $75, and that’s steep. I justified the cost for myself this way: I’m getting seven perfectly coordinated pans in one handy compact. When I fly, I’m obsessed with saving space. The airline frequently misroutes my checked luggage, so I have to carry a few beauty products with me or risk looking like I’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards for days. This palette is neatly arranged, convenient and beautiful. The first time I wore these shades I loved the look, so for me it’s been a worthwhile purchase. I bought the Magical Mini Brush Kit at Christmastime and it’s an ideal companion. The two items together make my little carry-on bag feel luxurious rather than Spartan.
Of the three Instant Look palettes, Beauty Glow is my personal favorite with its fiery sunset hues. And if you already wear and love Stoned Rose lipstick, I consider it to be a must-have.
