I fell in love with this palette from the moment I first laid eyes upon it! I knew it had to be in my collection. The chocolate aroma is so appealing to my senses and the colors are amazing. I never knew anything about a 20% off sale although that would have been nice. I just knew I wanted it so much. The case and the beautiful makeup bag was a big selling point for the display appeal but the best thing of all is what is inside. Too Faced was never a big deal to me until they started the chocolate line. Now I am a Too Faced addict! I love how soft the shadows are and the powders are like a fine mist when applied. I do not get a lot of fall out from either and that is a big plus. The ingredients are wonderful as well. I also bought the face foundation but that is another review. I will say here though, it is my newest love in face powder. I need backups of everything! Well maybe not the palette because the shadows are large enough to last a long time. The price of this palette even without a sale is way below the cost of most palettes, even the newest Sephora collection. I am very happy with my purchase.
UpDate; After reading some of the other reviews, I had to come back and express my opinion a bit more. I love this palette and even though there is a bit of fall out, it is really no more so than any of my other palettes from UD, etc. I think a light hand is needed and a good fan brush. The small amount that falls for me is easy to swipe away leaving behind no trace. I am getting great coverage with an eyeliner primer and the colors are vivid. Of course it depends on the colors I am using as to how vivid and if I blend them with some of the lighter shades. I don’t use bronzer much so I really can’t talk any about it but all the other powders are good. I was not so much on the mascara at first use but I have learned to like it after all. It does not melt under my lashes and that is a good thing. I am still very happy with my purchase, and I am a very experienced eye make up applier. 😉

I’ll admit it – what really motivated me to get this palette was the fact that Sephora had their 20% off VIB sale! Honestly, I am so suckered into spending by those savings – I still have a barely touched “Enchanted Glamourland” palette from years ago and so didn’t really feel the need for this, but that 20% made this a bit irresitable.
Anyway, this palette does offer tremendous value – no question about that. However, one of the blushes (Papa Don’t Peach) is a crummy colour for my cool-toned skin. The brushes are pretty crummy (if you’re young and just starting out, they’d be okay but otherwise – I wish they’d left them out and reflected that in a somewhat lower price or that they’d put in something more useful like TFSI). The vibrant pink bag that comes with this would have been better in plain satin fabric on both sides, as it sheds glitter EVERYWHERE, so it’s also basically useless, like the brushes! A few of the shadows are repeats (Heaven, Totally Fetch, Honey Pot, After Hours) and some are shades I’ll never wear (Totally Fetch, again) and a few are glitter fallout hazards but still, this palette offers some absolutely gorgeous neutrals and darks, a gorgeous pink blush, a good bronzer and highlighter and some really good value for your money, especially at 20% off. Had this not been Limited Edition and had I not had the 20% off coupon, I would have forced myself to pass on this (however, I would probably have regretted it!)
Just a little UPDATE: Simply for the heck of it and to sort of prove to myself that I’m not entirely close-minded on this peach blush issue, I decided to try Papa Don’t Peach. To my surprise, the shade was far more wearable than I’d expected initially (not sure if it’s still available on its own but this used to be one of TooFaced’s very popular blushes). But what did surprise me is the huge amount of powder it kicked up….I now have peach-toned “dust” all around that part of the palette and I was pretty careful with how I put my brush into the product. Not a big deal but it surprised me almost as much as the fact that the colour, while not my favourite, looked okay.

I LOVE this palette I don’t own any of the holiday ones I’m so glad I purchased this one. the only downfall is the blue shade but other than they the other shadow pigmentations are fantastic they blend out super easy there’s many looks you can created with this look!
