This is a nice quality palette. I did not pick it out for myself personally. It was a gift from a friend. It’s quite versatile and the portability of it is a plus. It comes with a lip gloss (which I used up rather quickly) in a pretty, bright coral pink. The four eye shadows include a cream color for highlighting. Then, there’s a toasty brown shade that is my favorite and does a great job at making blue/grey eyes pop. The next is a slightly deeper matte brown with warm undertones that works great as a base. The last shade is a chocolate brown that requires quite a bit of blending, especially since I’m on the fair side.
This could work for cool-toned people too, like myself by adding a little warmth. Usually I opt for more grey shades on the lid, so I tend to use this palette for using the colors in the crease or using the creamy shade as a highlighter. Quality of the product is good overall. I do feel that the colors could use a bit more pigment and coverage though. They are rather sheer, but I would recommend it for someone looking for a fresh, clean, minimal makeup look. I must say though, I love the blushes! The tan one is great for contouring and the warm-pink one works very well for me and has great pigmentation. I think that in the future, I would probably purchase the blushes separately since I doubt I’d purchase this palette again, although I like it.
