I traveled to Georgia,Tbilisi last year and Yves Rocher Botanical Eye Shadow palette was one of the items I bought from a Yves Rocher shop.unfortunately I can’t remember the price,but I can remember that it was a bargain
It came in three shades,one was smokey/gray and the other two were nude.I chose one of the Nude palettes which had more cream,beige,browinsh shades(photo is uploaded).I liked it’s palette as it was convenient,I was even able to carry it in my bag,it has a mirror and a brush( not a good one though) and all of the shades seemed to be useful to me so I thought that I have found a great eyeshadow palette to take on trips but I ended up to give it my sister who can get along with low quality eye shadows
Some shades were dry and didn’t have good pigmentation.some were soft and buttery with very good pigmentation but they had a lot of kick up and were very chalky and some of the shades which seemed to be different in the pan looked identical on the my eyelid.. no matter how much I tried to create a polished look,it looked like a patchy mess,and longevity was a disaster,maybe an eyeshadow primer could improve this but I rarely use a primer
All in all I didn’t like it but I can’t say it was horrible because my sister is happy with it( she usually wears a two-shade eye shadow and never forgets touchups during the day so it doesn’t look messy on her),it’s not comparable to TheBalm,Tarte or Anastasia Palettes but it’s also lower in price so it’s not fair to do this comparison
