Aurora Glow Kit is a beautiful palette with 6 different highlighters in unusual colors. The quality is outstanding, but I wont be repurchasing this and here’s my reasoning;
Whilst the colors are stunning and I can make all of them work on my fair skin, these are very glittery. They do not have chunks of huge glitter in them, but nevertheless a lot of sparkle. I initially fell in love with the beautiful packaging and shades, but came to the conclusion, that I prefer more sheeny sort of highlight. The shades are VERY pigmented, which can be both a good and bad thing, one needs to be very careful when applying this to one’s face, as it is easy to get the shiny stripe look. It is possible to get a beautiful glow with a soft touch, but one has to be mega careful. Too much hassle for me personally. Generally not a fan of cardboard packaging, but I must say this is one of the best out there, it is very sleek and very durable.
So overall it is a good quality product and for someone looking for intense highlighters in different tones, this is a great palette. It also will work for a variety of skin tones, especially deeper complexions, but also for fair skin.

These are fantastic as glow eyeshadows for the inner lid – great colors and they bring in light. I have deep set mature eyes and they are perrrrrrrrfect for me.

I bought this palette because I love highlighter so much, so I decided to try out this one because of the colors, are so beautiful. This highlighters are PIGMENTED, so you have to stop reading now if you like a natural and subtle “everyday” glow, this is not for you.
This colors are WEARABLE, not because there’s a green, a blue or a purple you need to use them as an eyeshadow.
They look amazing on the cheek bones, like when the light hits the color looks so blinding, you can build them up if you want something even more blinding or just use a light hand and you will glow either way.
They have some particles of glitter, so if you don’t like that get away from this palette. It’s not a lot of glitter but for sure you can see it. I use a fan brush to apply it and I found is the best way to do it, because with other brushes that are more compact or bigger you can put to much product.

The colours are beautiful in this palette and blend out easily on the skin, however they ARE glittery (something I’m not a huge fan of when it comes to highlight). I will continue to play with it and try to love it because I do love the colours, but so far this product is pretty meh for me! There are definitely better highlighters out there, including at the drugstore. If I had paid full price for this product, I would DEFINITELY be disappointed.

I love this palette. I found it at winners for 20 dollars off. although the highlights are not flesh tones, they green, purple and blue are very wearable, especially if you layer the shades.

The Aurora Glow Kit contains six powder highlighters in the following shades; ‘Eclipse’ (pink champagne streaked with pearl), ‘Luna’ (mother of pearl with icy orchid undertones), ‘Spectra’ (sparkling lilac pearl with an iridescent blue-green reflect), ‘Helia’ (yellow-gold pearl with a hint of turquoise), ‘Orion’ (blue pearl with hints of purple amethyst) and ‘Lyra’ (rose gold pearl streaked with amber champagne).
ABH has one of my favourite highlight formulas; a little bit of product goes a long way as the powder is highly pigmented and opalescent, so the shades come to life. There is some shimmer in these highlighters, but it is finely milled and doesn’t outlive the base. When I look straight-on into a mirror I can’t see anything, but when I turn my head the powders catch the light and flash quite intensely. A perfect highlighter – it’s not just sitting there as a strip of colour on skin ala Adam Ant, instead managing to be both subtle and eyecatching at the same time. When I apply my morning I’ll sometimes use a setting spray, but I found that the highlighter will last until I’m ready to remove my makeup in the evening no matter if I use one or not.
I’ve removed a lippie because Eclipse and Luna look similar on my skintone – not a huge deal for me as Luna is the shade I wear the most, so a sort-of backup is great to have on hand. Despite this, Aurora still has the most variation between shades, compared to most of the other Glow Kits they make.

Honestly these are gorgeous colours, more of a warm undertone so I like best when I have a touch of a tan. The colours have a bit of glitter which I don’t love, but tap your brush off and it’s not bad. Do I like this, 100% yes. It’s pretty! But I honestly wouldn’t purchase it again!

My 13 year old just LOVES this palette of highlighters in various shades.
She got hers at ULTA.

I love this palette. I’m not into crazy makeup, but lately I’ve been playing with color and duo chromes. This is a fun highlight palette to play with. I always looked more at Moonchild because some of these colors looked crazy. But I never purchased moonchild because three of the shades look identical to each other in that palette. But I decided to try this one and I love it. The shades are pigmented but you can go light or heavy. I have worn three of these shades to work and church and didn’t feel self conscious at all. There is some glitter but I haven’t had any fall out on my face and I see a sheen on my cheeks. It does not emphasize my pores. The packaging is a magnetic cardboard without a mirror. I never use the mirrors so I don’t care about that. It feels sturdy enough for me.
As for the shades, eclipse and Lyra do apply similarly. They are both peachy pink, Lyra being a little more orange/fiery. I don’t see any lavender in Lyra. I love peachy pink so I don’t mind having the two. Luna is an icy white. I use this the least. It’s fine but that’s not my favorite shade of highlight. Spectra was a nice surprise. I assumed it would be an eyeshadow me, but it makes a fun purple highlight, even on my fair skin. It can get gray toned if you build it too much. But I really enjoy it. Helio is a yellow toned green or a green toned gold. It’s surprisingly wearable and fun. Orion is a really pretty teal blue. I use it for the inner corner a lot. And again, it goes on sheer enough that I can use it on the face.
If you want something fun and different to play with, this is a good choice. But these are not strong duo chromes, they flash a little. Go for Makeup Geek if you want a strong duochrome highlight. But it is fun, surprisingly wearable. And easy to use.

First of all, pardon my spelling though I am not a native English speaker.
I bought this palette mostly because my name is Aurora. As you may see it is not a good everyday palette, if you want to rock blue highlighter you do you boo. But for me, I was disappointed. I feel like the two shades I actually considered using turned out very blotchy and gross on my skin, especially my nose. Though my nose is extremely oily.
The most patchy colours would probably be Eclipse, Luna and Orion. All shades have some very large chunks of glitter as well.
Yes, i did powder before I put the highlighter on.
