Smells like what I imagine the inside of a 1960s hippy’s bedroom would smell like.
Yes, it has lavender in it, but also a fair whiff of patchouli too, or at least that’s what I think is causing the incense-like smell.
I got a small bottle as part of an advent calendar so I tried it a few times. It’s pretty cloying, whatever it is, and I find it off putting and distracting rather than relaxing- I keep waking up a bit thinking ‘what IS that weird smell?’
If you have a chance to smell this stuff and you like it, I’m sure it will work- it sure does give you something to focus on, that’s for sure!

Horrible, doesn’t work, a complete waste of money.
Don’t buy it, and expect that you will fall afsleep faster.
Could be used as a room-spray, if you like lavender-scent, but sleeping wise it does nothing for me.

I recently stayed in London at a Crowne Plaza Hotel and this little beauty was in a box on my pillow – ooh, free stuff, how could I resist.

Wow, you know that wonderful ‘spa’ smell when you’re going for a wonderful massage – it’s that smell. It’s just yummy and pampery, I just keep spraying more on and burying my nose in the pillow. Might have to spray it on hubby’s pillow too as he dribbles on his when he sleeps and it a bit rank!
Don’t know if it helped my sleep but it smells yum and made me happy so it’s a winner for me 🙂
