I used to buy Rapunzel of Sweden’s ”Premium” (was called European before) clip-in hair extensions for several years and was pretty happy with them for a while. They do not tangle or get matted, a set would last me about 6-10 months of daily use and frequent heat styling. However, I always noticed a small amount of thick coarse black hair strands mixed in with the blonde silky hair. At first it didn’t seem to be that much so I decided to ignore it, but in the last couple of years it was just more and more and more of those thick black strands mixed in. It kind of looked like plastic hair strands or horse hair even? So I’ve stopped using them since about a year now and I don’t think I’ll ever order from them again.
Another issue I had with their hair is that the color selection is not great. My natural hair color is a level 6 dark ash blonde (or light ash brown) hair, they don’t have anything even close to that color in the Premium quality section. They have a shade called #10 Medium Ash Brown that is not even remotely close to an ashy shade. I don’t understand why they call it ”ash” because it is a really warm caramel brown color with lots of red undertones. Next to my actual ashy hair it almost looked ginger! You can even tell in the pictures that it is a warm toned brown, so naming it medium ASH brown is confusing and misleading.

ZERO STARS!!! These are the worst tape in hair extensions I have seen and customer service is horrible!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I bought these extensions and when I received it, they had silver tinsel strands going through the extensions. I did more research and saw a YouTube video where a woman even said she didn’t know what type of hair it was but she believed it was animal hair because it was so dry, I didn’t open it up so I don’t know. I could just see several of these real shiny silver strands through the clear packaging and I bought 10 packs of tape-ins. I filed a dispute with PayPal which PayPal ruled in my favor. They avoided paying me back so PayPal had to reimburse me for the charges. I still am out $26.24 because they promised to pay the upfront shipping costs and I asked PayPal if Rapunzel of Sweden would give me a pre-paid label and they said that they refused and promised to pay all upfront shipping costs that I incurred. PayPal said I had to ship the items to them in order to get my money back so I had no choice and they said that Rapunzel of Sweden would live up to their agreement and pay for the shipping charges so I did and I still haven’t gotten it. PayPal and I are both upset with this company and I am still going after them for the shipping charges. I will not give up until I get my money back. I will be reporting them to econsumer.gov (international company and business scams) if they don’t take care of this soon. **UPDATE**: After calling this company and providing an email showing the shipping charges, the woman from customer service was rude, of course which was no surprise saying she would help me and call me back. She was very dismissive and just wanted to get me off the phone. They later sent me an email saying that they refused to pay the shipping charges after telling PayPal they would be responsible and cover all shipping charges. I called PayPal today and told them about what happened and they were nice enough to credit me the additional $26.24 for what Rapunzel of Sweden didn’t pay. So PayPal refunded me for ALL costs! I decided to send them an email letting them know that PayPal refunded me due to their lies and horrible customer service. I think Rapunzel of Sweden thought they could get away with it due to them being an international company since they are far away and using as an excuse to take forever to do anything to help me hoping I would just give up and be out all of that money. I am finally relieved this ordeal is over with since it took me over a month to get all of my money back. I hope PayPal goes after them and they get in trouble for what they did! They deserve to be shut down and put out of business! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you like shiny silver strands that look like Christmas tinsel throughout the hair and absolutely poor customer service that dodges and avoids you and PayPal like the plague!! I purchased the original weft in color #6001. This was the worst hair I have ever used in all my years of doing hair extensions. Thank goodness I did not install this on a client! After one wash, the hair lost it’s coating and it was a ratty mess. I found a few horse hairs in the product as well and I showed them to other hairstylists and they agreed that it was NOT 100% human hair. I checked their store inventory online and notice they no longer offer the #6001 color I ordered. Could have been a bad batch? Whatever the case, they have not responded to my request to rectify the situation, so I’m giving this company a thumbs down for now. Waste of 150.00 for 100 grams of questionable hair

I ordered the original clip in set of 16 inch lightest whitest blonde #6001 of these. The quality is excellent, but the color was way off. My hair is an icy white blonde, untoned. The extensions were much more gold than pictured. They were a bright gold. I actually had to bleach them for an hour, then tone them with purple. The quality is excellent however, as they stood up to heavy bleaching and maintained their integrity. Still soft and silky. I just wish they truly came in the color pictured, white blonde.

I had the lightest shade of the quick tape extensions.
Pros:
-They are awesome, extensions stayed in my hair for couple of months without even showing signs of the tape loosening.
– Natural human 100% Remy hair
– Long lasting I wore them for about a year and they still look good and not many hair have fallen off
– Look natural
– Good customer service, I realized at first I ordered the wrong shade, but it was easy and fast to send them back and change for a lighter one
Cons:
– A little hard to get the tapes off
– My hair is very straight, extensions were slightly wavy so I had to straighten them a lot
– Not sure about the price, cost me about 200€ for full head
