Nice spearmint flavor freshens breath, tastes clean, and is not too strong.
Claims to strengthen and smooth enamel and also polish teeth while gently whitening.
I am not sure if my teeth are stronger but they feel really clean and smooth.
I do feel it does somehow polish teeth as my teeth feel really smooth and slick, the more I use the better it gets.
My teeth actually do look a bit whiter!
My breath is nice and fresh and stays feeling clean for a good while after brushing.
I might just switch from my favorite Colgate Total toothpaste.
My two teen boys really like it and also my young daughter.
She really likes that it is not too hot for her mouth.
The only downside is that I have only found it in a 4oz tube.
They do have two variations of this, one being the whitening paste and the other a gel.
I personally find the whitening paste to be more of a gel paste mixture which we all like much better than others we have tried.
I do wish it was larger as we seem to be going through it more quickly(which I guess is a good thing).
UPDATE
I still like this very much but I do not feel like my gums are as healthy as when I use the TOTAL formulas. I think I will keep this as an alternate because I do like how my teeth feel and look.
