I took this polish from my cousins bag when she left it over. I did put it back, no worries, but I wish I had kept it. It’s a mauve on the more pinkish side. This was opaque in two coats, but you can get away with one if you believe in yourself. In my experience there was no streakiness or patchiness. It doesn’t chip very easily.
One problem some users might have have is the shimmer in the bottle compared to the actual shimmer when applied. The shimmer shows up much more on the bottle compared to on the nail.
I did in fact lose this polish and if I see it in stores, I’ll be sure to buy it so I can have one of my own!

I love this one! Revlons are my favorite nail polish — the formula here is nice and creamy. I used two coats, but you might be able to get away with one. The color is beautiful– a perfect work-appropriate mauve.

I bought and was gifted a bottle of Iced Mauve back in late 2007 or early 2008, and just re-discovered it when I went home to visit.
Color: This color is more of a brown and purple-tinted pink than mauve. It’s a darker shade that has a calmer aura. I wish it were almost browner or a little darker with a grey tint to make it edgy, but still acceptable to work setting. That said it’s totally work appropriate. I think it’d make a really nice lip stain color… Anyways, it isn’t something altogether very unique, but something nice to have in one’s collection.
Opacity: If you’re careful, ONE COAT.
Finish: shimmer; sight metallic finish. The shimmer that’s noticeable in the bottle doesn’t translate as well onto the nail… it’s there, but not as much as I would like it to be.
Formula: Decent. Neither of the two bottles I owned gave me any problem. Nice consistency, even after owning for 3+ years.
Drying time: extremely fast. I think my nail was dry within 10 minutes.
Repurchase: No. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, I just think with my collection of 100+ I have prettier pinks, and edgier colors that I would wear… esp seeing that I have 2bottles already.
I wonder whether Revlon will make a lip stain with this color. 🙂 THAT I would purchase. Hope this helps.

For record, my skintone is MAC NC40, since I think this colour could appear differently on different skintones.
So…here is my opinion on this polish. The colour is I guess like a rosey-pink satin colour. The consistancy is not too thin, or too thick. I actually think it’s just right. One coat is okay but two is even better.
The brush is really good, goes on smooth.
If you top this off with a clear coat it helps with lasting power. I love this for winter since I wear brighter shades in summer and this does not look good on me with my dark skin in summer.
Hope this helps, I would buy this again if I ever run out.

This review is for Revlon’s Iced Mauve nail enamel. Overall this was a so-so product. The color is a sparkly (but not tooo sparkly) mauve pink. The polish was opaque in one coat but I used two just to even it out. However, I am not rating this polish very well and will not be repurchasing because I found the consistency to be very gloopy and thick. I’m not sure if it was this bottle of polish or not because two other colors from the same line, purchased at the same store at the same time were rather thin in consistency.

Pros:
-Pretty shade
-Doesn’t bring out redness in my skin color
-Nice bottle
Cons:
-Day after painting, some slight chipping on 2 nails edges
I know Revlon doesn’t claim it lasts extra long or anything of that nature but I expect my nail polishes to last more than a couple days! Even so, I like the shade so I would buy it again if I ever run out.

This color is a mauvey pink with a little shimmer. It comes on very smoothly and not at all gloopy. Revlon nail polishes have a very nice consistency. They don’t fade or come on too light. Two coats is all you need. This particular shade is a nice color but nothing special. I would not buy this shade again because I have other pink shades that I like better.
