Bangle Jangle is a pale, slightly dusty lavender creme shade, that originates from the Essie Winter 2011 Cocktail Bling Collection. Its still easy to find online today, so maybe it’s been added to the core line?
Essie is known as being all over the place with the quality of their formulas, and the blog/vlog reviews for this shade haven’t been the greatest, but I’ve not had any problems with my bottle; its a smooth 2 coater. Two coats for full and even coverage, with such a light shade? Full marks from me.

Recently brought a whole new lot of Essie’s polish. Bangle Jangle was one of them, absolutely love this color!
To me this was a cool tone pastel purple, I only used 2 coats and that was good enough.

Bought on sale for $5 at my local Beauty store. Great surprise – mod subdued dusky purple color. Love it.

This is the first Essie nail polish i got cause it was on sale and i was so excited to try it when i arrive home. I was always discouraged to buy an Essie nail polish because it’s pretty expensive for me and i wasn’t sure wether i’d like it, or if it was really worth it. I’ve always bought like the $3/5 drugstore brand nail polishes which were okay. But wow, i really think that i’d get me some more Essie nail polish now ^^
The first thing that really WOWed me was the brush! I love love love it! I love how it just spreads perfectly to coat the whole nail in one stroke! I do use a second coat to get rid of some even-ness but i just love this one! I think the color is pretty. I usually go for nudes/pinks but since this was on sale i couldn’t ignore it! The finish is creamy, i like it. Not too shiny, not too matte.
I wouldn’t, however, repurchase this shade if i had lost/run out of it.
It’s pretty, but kind of bland. I think this will look nicer of lighter/pale skins.

I love Essie, their polishes are consistently great w/ lovely shades and good formula. Bangle Jangle is no exception. I wasn’t blown away by the Essie winter 2011 collection when it came out and didn’t purchase any of them. However, I recently picked afew up from Walgreens on clearance. This is the first one I have tried and I love it. Its a pretty grey-lilac shade with a creme finish. It applied smoothly and was even and opaque in two coats.

This is my first bottle of essie polish. I wanted to try a neutral grey colour that wasn’t so plain and picked out Bangle Jangle. I really like the small brush shape and formula as application was very easy for me. I would describe the colour as a deep neutral gray purple. This colour goes well with the sophisticated nail trend. I didn’t give this a perfect score, because I’m still adjusting to mature shades of nail polish, but I will definitely buy more from essie.
