I bought this to wear instead foundation on my vacation in Cuba. It worked beautifully for me. I am between NC20 and NW20 (MAC) and the tint made me look a little tanned. I was satisfied with the natural looking coverage. Less than my Maybelline Fit Me foundation but surprisingly nice. Maybe it was the tan? Anyway, I only dusted some powder on my nose and middle of forehead and was ready to go. This is easy to apply with fingers and the mineral sunscreen didn’t break me out. This will be my moisturizer/SPF/foundation during Canadian summer.

This balm does what it says it does. 20% zinc oxide SPF 30. Though it is tinted, it probably isn’t tinted enough to make much of a difference unless you are very pale or very dark. Packaging is fine and price point is good. However, I have an oily complexion and live in a humid client. This made me a bit too shiny. I think this would work great in a dry climate but it is just a bit too much for me. I will hold onto it until winter (I have used this for the past 3 months) but I have a feeling it will still be a little too much considering my oily complexion and our more-humid-than-dry winters. I highly recommend this otherwise – I really wish this worked for me. For reference, I do not wear foundation- cannot comment on how this works with makeup.
