I use this as a night moisturiser, being soo thick it works as a good moisture mask, I wake up with plump youthful skin after I use this product, no sulfates or parabens is a huge bonus

The third ingredient in this is beeswax, which will give you some idea of the texture – waxy and thick. I found the easiest way to apply it is to warm it up in my hands and then pat it onto my skin.
It definitely makes a barrier layer on your skin, which might be great for those who lose moisture quickly. I don’t find it very moisturizing by itself though. I need a layer of something underneath to provide actual hydration, and the rescue cream just adds a layer on top to seal in the moisture.
I stopped using it after a week though because I started to get tiny little surface pimples. I think the thick, waxy texture is slightly pore clogging for me.
My overall feeling about this is it’s a fancier, more natural vaseline.
