Average moisturiser which gives a bit of a glow. It should even out the skintone but I haven’t noticed a major difference.
The texture is nice, not too thick. However, it did a poor job hydrating my skin and did very little in enhancing the skintone. So no, not what i’m looking for. I was expecting a lot more from Caudalie.

I am surprised that I like this as much as I do- most Caudalie products are disappointing, and don’t deliver on their promise. Still, this is called a “perfecting” cream (I have the fluid)- and I just dont know what it is perfecting.
It is a light tinted moisturizer- comes out scarily orange, but I dont see any streaking or strange orange on my face. It makes for a nice dewey complexion, and lightly camouflaging for uneven skin tone. It has a pleasant fragrance- one of the things that I DO like about Caudalie is the scents they use for their products

I’ll be honest, I had no idea what “perfecting fluid” meant, so I started using it as a moisturizer and of course there were things I liked and didn’t like about it. First off, I was startled by its orangey color. I was worried it was a tinted moisturizer gone horribly orange, but fortunately it left no trace of color on my skin. As a moisturizer, this stuff was amazing at neutralizing the oily bits of my combination skin, but I did start to develop a dry patch on my forehead after about two weeks of use. Maybe I’m one of those people who needs to use two moisturizers? Anyway, this stuff was also a great primer. My foundation went on super smoothly and evenly. Overall, not a bad product but I probably wouldn’t rebuy because I feel like I could find something more suited to my skin for less money.

I had a sample of this in the Fluid version, which I used on a trio, seeing “Day Cream” in the title, what a surpeise! It totally evened out the tone of my dry travel stressed skin and felt so smooth and refreshing! I just blushed and powdered over it for my traveling “makeup” and just bought a tube for my upcoming trip and to use when I want a nice quick face without trad foundation. IMHO this is a product best for us over 35-40 gals with pretty good skin. I can’t imagine it doing much for the younger ones 🌞 who don’t yet need its special properties or glow. Esp over 50 try it!

This fluid doesn’t seem to be effective enough ,it has a low spf and I guess 500 ppm Viniferine does not do much as opposed to Vinoperfect serum with 1000 ppm of Viniferine.
It goes on smoothly and hydrates the skin. the pore tightening effect diminishes after four hours and maybe less than an hour if you have an oily skin. It works as a base under your foundation but can be quite pricey if that’s the only reason why you are using it.

This is a review for the Vinoperfect Day Perfecting Fluid:
I bought this after seeing the amazing reviews and testimonials.
PROS:
+ The fluid felt very smooth going on, and made my face feel soft.
CONS:
+ The tube was tiny, not enough to cover a fairy! Scandalous considering the price
+ Little to no coverage. The product is very sheer, very thin.
+ As a perfecting fluid, it didn’t smooth down anything or ‘perfect’ at all. In fact, it just emphasized my blemishes.
+ Continued use has given no real improvement to my face.
It may work as a makeup base, but as I don’t wear heavy makeup it’s not an issue for me.
Not great. The only positives were that it made my face feel very soft, and smelt nice (sort of orange and flowery).
Would not bother again.

Lovely cream, very comfortable on the skin. Lightweight and lovely scent. The tube packaging is very hygienic. Not sure it is worth its price though.

The Caudalie products are extremely high quality and give consistent, flawless results. This particular cream is a wonderful base for foundation. I only use powder makeup and this cream gives it a great base to adhere to. I do not find it to be too greasy or oil-inducing. The consistency is thinner than one would expect from a cream and absorbs quickly. Despite the SPF, it leaves no white cast on the skin. The scent is interesting, a little herbal or minty or something. I have not necessarily seen an improvement in the tone of my skin but this product leaves it with a nice satin finish.

Wow! I received a sample size with my 500 points from sephoria. I wasn’t looking to purchase another cream to add to my arsenal but now I have to. It really does brighten! It is a little greasy. But, I don’t mind that … it gives a glow. Anyways, this product makes my skin radiate. Some people did not write good reviews for this product but it goes to show you, what works for some people might not work for others. With skin products, it just depends on the individual.

Tried a sample of Vinoperfect Day Perfecting Fluid before splurging on the full size because of price – and glad I did. First impressions were good – loved that the product was a soft golden beige shade that melted into my complexion, rather than the chalky white so common in moisturizers with SPF. It was easy to spread, my skin looked great and felt good. However, took me a little while to connect this to my eyes feeling horrible on the non-consecutive days I used it. The last time I tried, my eyes stung and watered so much I took one of boyfriend’s antihistamines, thinking it was an unknown allergic reaction. There is no way I could use this on a regular basis.
