Well thank goodness for the ‘net/Google translate, otherwise I’d never know what is in these samples or how to use them. The first thing that hit me when opening the sachet was the fragrance – it’s exactly like one of those super budget pot pourri air fresheners. Not exactly a fragrance I like lingering on my face! Ingredients…once I finally found them are not too bad, a few good things in this such as Niacinnamide (good for brightening and acne marks) – high up on the list and a Ceramide – which was pretty low down on the list. The texture is rich. Very rich! I thought I might get away with using this on drier areas such as my cheeks but no, it sat like an oily film that wasn’t going anywhere. And that’s the biggest problem here, it just doesn’t sink in, even if I use less than a pea size amount for my face and neck.
As far as moderate priced Korean skincare goes it’s not that bad, but just not for oily or combination skin types, you need to fall somewhere between dry to very dry to get the most benefit out of this one.

I love Korean beauty products. This was a sample as part of a tone-lotion-cream sampler. It is a lovely whipped texture and absorbs quickly and moisturizes well. But for me, it’s strong rose fragrance is too much: not irritating to my very sensitive skin but just bothersome to my nose. I think it fades after a while but there are too many other good creams out there to settle for one whose fragrance I don’t like
