While I have quite oily skin, I like to have this cream to use sparingly at night instead of using too many oil free or combination skin creams. It is nice, fresh, it is thicker than most tatcha skin creams, yet still not too thick. It is definitely far more moisturising than the combination water cream in the lighter green container, (as you would expect based on recommended skin types with the creams, and yes, more dewy, but when applied at night, moisture is not a problem) it does have a light, quite individual scent, but I like it, and the packaging in itself is beautiful. My only problem is the price of the creams. This is a very nice cream, one that I use regularly, but it is quite pricey based on the amount you get. That being said, you don’t need much product so it lasts quite a while. I will most likely purchase again.

This is a beautiful cream for dry skin, it is so thick and emollient. There is a slight fragrance but the glow it gives skin is beautiful, I’m pretty sure it’s because of the light lilac shade which counteracts any dullness and really brightens up the skin. It might feel too sticky on your skin to wear at night unless you apply it early in the evening so it has a lot of time to absorb. I especially love using this on a no-makeup, stay at home day when I can put a generous layer of this on to really give my dry skin an ultra-moisturizing treatment day. If you are wearing this under foundation it might not play well with the formula and pill up on your face depending on which type of foundation you use (water/oil/silicone based), so be sure to check the ingredients and test it out first.

TATCHA The Dewy Skin Cream is another bullshit product !Do not buy it, a typical moisturizer from vaseline or Nivea will do the same job. You don’t need to spend much money on moisturizer. The ingredients are very cheap; they only cost a few cents. The most expensive part about this product is the packaging I guess it’s only a 1 dollar product!

Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream is a nice enough skin cream but it is not worth the high price point. It has a nice texture, sort of a cream-gel hybrid, very soft. I also has a soft, pleasant scent that doesn’t linger on the skin. It has quite a light texture and feels very moisturising. It doesn’t seem to make my skin look or feel any more dewy than any other skin cream. It does give good moisture. It also sits nicely underneath makeup. But then again, so do many other skin creams. I see no huge difference in terms of my skin quality when using this cream. Overall it is nice, if I received it as a gift I would be happy, but I wouldn’t shell out my own money for this.

Still looking for a night cream that I love and after using this I will keep looking.
The texture of this cream is like a panne cotta, springy to the touch and gel-like. I could get some on my finger to apply to my face but it has the weirdest texture. Applied in small dots on my skin and it dispersed well. I woke several times in the night and could still feel it’s jelly like substance on my face. It did not really absorb very well, instead was a sealant. When I woke in the morning I could still feel this on my skin. I guess my skin was plumped…certainly moisturized but the bounciness I felt was from the cream and not my skin plumped up. I washed my face and really saw no difference.
I don’t think I will be keeping this. It felt too jelly for me and I didn’t like how it didn’t absorb and was plumping my skin with a layer of sealant. There is a very slight scent and I hate the jar even with the little spoon attached. This gel-cream might be good over the targeted night cream I’m still looking for.
BTW I have n/d rosacea skin, very sensitive and still prone to breakouts. Did not use this long enough to tell if it caused blocked pores or breakouts. Did not like it enough for the price. Sorry

My new PM moisturizer. I used this on top of the Dewy Concentrate. A dab of each on at night, and I wake up with clear, soft, happy skin!

I was very excited for another new Tatcha moisturizer. So far I’ve only had a few days to try this out, but I’ll update with more details after I’ve had longer to use this. Tatcha based the formula for The Dewy Skin Cream from their Luminous Dewy Skin Spray. So far I really like this formula and find it to be very Hydrating as well as doing a great job of sealing in the products you use underneath it. The Dewy Skin Cream does have a light scent which smells like the traditional Tatcha fragrance. Once I have had a chance to use this Moisturizer for a longer period of time I will come back and do a more thorough review. My first impressions video can be seen here: 0
