I bought this based on rave reviews of the smell. I was concerned that it wouldn’t moisturizer well, since it is meant for oily skin, but I purchased it anyway. It smells like oranges–definitely pleasant. But I only care about results, and this moisturizer failed to impress me. When I woke up in the morning, my skin didn’t look or feel hydrated.

I really liked this cream and have incorporated it into my regular routine. The texture is great and it’s not greasy at all, but provides a good amount of moisture. My skin always feels great and looks refreshed when I use it.

Love this lotion. Doesn’t break out my sensitive skin. Hydrates wonderfully.

I purchased this cream because it was Instyle’s BBB for night cream for oily skin. I was initially hesitant to spend that much for a skincare product, but took the plunge. It has been 6 months now and I cannot say enough good things about this night cream. Upon application, it IMMEDIATELY plumps and smooths my skin, making it feel fabulous. I personally love citrus scents, so I can’t wait to open this jar and slather it on my face and neck. It does slightly sting my face for a moment if I have a blemish, but I would assume that’s an effect of the citrus ingredients at work. When I wake up in the morning my skin is plump, gorgeous and glowing. If you have sensitive skin this may be a bit too harsh, but for those of you that have combo/oily skin then this is the nightcream for you. Its worth the price! I recently turned my boss onto this cream and the first morning after she used it she raved about how wonderful her skin felt.
I notice some reviewers also use this as a day cream. For my combo skin, it would be too heavy for daytime use.

I liked this product initially as my face didn’t feel greasy afterwards like so many moisturizers, but I just hate the citrus fragrance. Plus my skin is very sensitive to citrus oils, etc… So I discontinued using this one for the Daily moisture one, which I like better

I really like this product. At first, I wasn’t sure if this was doing anything, but I liked the way my skin felt in the morning after using it and it did not break my skin out. After a month, I noticed that my skin seemed more refined and less blotchy. My skin felt less and less oily. I also felt like my sun damage was fading away. I have started to use it on my neck and I am hoping that it will help with any sun damage. You’ve got to try it! Definitely worth it.
**Edit – 2 years later. My skin has been EXTREMELY OILY. I thought it was my imagination, maybe getting older until I read a review on Paula’s Choice Beauty Review about this prodcut on how there is an ingredient in this product that can cause excessive oiliness. As soon as I read that I stopped using the product and to my astonishment my skin is much less oily. I did like how this kept my skin clear, but its not worth the oil slick.

i just started using this as it had rave reviews, i have sensitive/oily/breakout prone skin and am looking for my HG acne treatment without prescriptions and WITHOUT proactiv. hate that stuff. i am using PTR beta wash, olay sensitive for day and this at night. this smells like oranges at first but dries into an ointment-y smell but i like it. burns a tad, but not unbearable. i am breaking out very badly and i am not blaming this just yet, i am wondering did anyone else’s skin purge when using this? it could be the culprit of other products i have recently introduced.

Miracle product alert! The situation was that 2 months before my wedding, my cystic chin acne was flaring up, and we cystic gals know that a facialist can only do so much to help. I was willing to try anything, so got this product plus the Blemish + Age acne treatment on Amazon.
The Results:
*In one night, my skin was smoother and my cystic acne reduced.
*A week later, my chin bumps were gone and my skin tone was more even.
* 2 weeks later, I have to resist the temptation to run my fingertips over my skin, it feels so good.
Drawbacks:
*During the day, you MUST diligently apply sunscreen. Even with spf 15, I felt my skin getting red after an hour
*At night, your skin will be shiny
*My fiance does not like the acidy/citrusy smell, but hey, if I look good in the morning, he can deal with it..
* Disclaimer: I did use this in conjunction with SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Acne Treatment, so I can’t isolate which product helped the most on its own.
The main takeaway: if you have cystic acne, bumpy skin and uneven skin tone and you have to look good fast, use these products! You might even save money by needing fewer facials!

This has been my go-to night cream for years now, and I’m still in love with it. Every morning my skin feels moisturized without being overly oily, and I’ve never had any issues with breaking out with it.
It has a high price tag, but if you’re anything like me, it should last you many months. I recommend it!

I’ve been using this for close to two years and it has become a staple for me for nighttime use. It has made my skin clearer, with pores that aren’t that clogged up anymore and appear smaller. It clears zits fast as well. It isn’t a miracle worker, but I’d say pretty close to it! Be sure to slap on sunscreen if you do use this.
