I usually don’t buy drugstore moisturizers but I tried this because it had good reviews on Ulta and it is my holy grail. I have the fragrance free version and it has been my favorite day moisturizer that I have ever tried and I’ve tried almost every high end moisturizer in Ulta and Sephora. I have extremely oily skin and after using this my skin looks matte. It immediately looks like it has knocked years off of my face. It fills in my fine lines and pores. It also leaves your skin with this amazing youthful glow that lasts for a week after. I don’t think I will ever stop using. I tried the normal regenerist and that was amazing as well and had the same anti aging results but it was too rich for my skin. The regenerist microsculpting serum compliments this moisturizer really well and has the same glowing effects. My skin looks so much younger thanks to Olay.

I regret buying this and it wasn’t cheap. Left my skin feeling greasy and shiny. Felt like there was a film on face all day.

I decided to try this as I couldn’t find my usual RG Daily Regenerating LOTION SPF 15 or 50 at Rite Aid! (I usually get my moisturizers and such at Rite Aid since they have Olay products on sale a lot) I didn’t know if they still make it but I hoped so. Anyway, I decided to get this, as it’s been touted so much on TV and elsewhere.
It seems to be a reformulation of the micro-sculpting cream which I used to use and no longer see. First, I don’t like creams in a jar. Supposedly, it doesn’t keep the ingredients stable due to more air exposure. And I use a tiny spatula to scoop this out, as I don’t want to put even my clean fingers in there. So after wards I have to wash the spatula. Plus, a jar gives the illusion there’s more product in there than there actually is. So I almost ran out of it since I thought I had more left than it seemed.
With a pump bottle, at least I can see how much is left in there.
The texture is a bit thicker than the lotion, so it doesn’t blend as well with my foundation. I’ve found a way around that by not letting this cream sink in too much. I wait just a few seconds instead a minute or so, then apply foundation. Right now I use L’Oreal Paris Visible Lift Serum Absolute Advanced Age-Reversing Makeup, and for hot, sweaty days Maybelline New York Dream Liquid Mousse, as it has a lighter feel to it. But not as much coverage.
I would buy it again, but only if I can’t find my usual moisturizer anymore. (But thankfully, I found the RG Daily Regenerating lotion at Target recently!) It’s a bit pricey, yet I don’t see anything special enough about it for that price. It does feel “whipped” so maybe that’s a bit luxurious, and it also contains SPF 25. I see the image of the product here, and it’s close enough to what I have.

What can I say about this moisturiser? Hands down it is the best one I have used to date and believe me, I have tried A LOT of different ones. Not only does it smell incredible but it is super lightweight and glides beautifully over my skin. Best of all it doesn’t leave a greasy residue on my skin like many other brands I have tried in the past have. A little goes a long way and it leaves my skin feeling baby soft, like velvet to the touch. I have been using the cream twice a day for just one week and can already feel and see the positive difference it has made to my skin. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that suffers from dull, dry skin and are wanting smooth, radiant skin. I will definitely be buying more!!!

Major disappointment. I did like the original and was looking forward to a lighter version. Not so. To me this “whip” feels heavier than the original. It does a fair job with my dry skin, but certainty not enough to repurchase.

This… is a jar of silicone. There’s nothing even remotely “whipped” about it. It has a cosmetically elegant feel because it is full of glycerine and silicone, so it feels silky and glides nicely onto the skin. It also feels heavy, though, which definitely goes against the supposed whipped nature of the product. Even though it feels heavy and is incredibly occlusive on the skin, it actually made my skin feel more dry. When I felt the texture I wondered if it might work as a slightly moisturizing makeup primer, but nope. It did nothing to add any kind of smoothness to my face in spite of the big ol’ blob of “whipped” silicone that I slathered on. This also contains fragrance, which we all know by now is not great. For me, this is just a minefield of bad ingredients that I do not want in skincare tied to a silly gimmick. I gave the jar to my husband to try and he hated it too, and his skin is resilient so he can use just about anything. Olay gets points for adding in some decent ingredients like niacinamide, but it won’t really make a difference if the rest of the formulation stinks.

I’m really pleased with this product it goes on late but moisturizes really well. I can see myself becoming a big fan of this! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because if you get any in your eyes, you’re literally wiping away tears because it burns so bad. I feel bad for all those bunny rabbits they tested this on LOL

Has a strong fresh scent. This is a lighter version of the Regenerist skn care line. It is in a lightweight silicone base and contains . Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4. Research states that this is a small molecule that penetrates the skin easily and is structurally similar to the precursor of collagen type I. Also contains hyaluronic acid, Niacinamide and vitamin B5. Packaging claims that this will not clog pores, but it does. I have combination skin and struggle with large, clogged pores. Olay Whip caused breakouts on my face so I am using it up on my neck. This lotion added no moisture to my skin at all. After a 6 weeks of using this product, I d not notice any improvement in my fine lines and deeper wrinkles on my face or neck area.

This is a very nice moisturizer, but unfortunately, it does not suit my particular skin. It is light, absorbs well, keeps skin comfortable and soft, and the finish is very pretty. I would be very happy to use this little gem, if it were not for the tiny white pimple-like bumps on my cheeks that I developed in reaction to using this cream. Really too bad as everything else about this cream quite pleases me.

I’m 42yo and starting to see wrinkles. I noticed a difference in the softness in my skin after the very first night. This is the “lighter” version of Regenerist. This does not feel oily and the scent is nice. I’ve been using this for a few days. So far so good.
