I bought this right after it came out and I was expecting to really like this one, but I kinda dislike it. The consistency is kinda sticky and my skin doesn´t completely absorb it, thus leaivng some sort of sheen over my face which I really hate. It does moisturise, though I can´t vouch for any Ph balancing effects. I´m not that deep into skincare that I make the effort to find out.
Besides that, I don´t even think my skin likes this. I put it on the shelf for a while after the first initial use and feeling like my skin deteriorated. I decided to try it again and lo and behold, my skin is getting shittier. It´s like my skin texture is emphasized, along with increased redness.
Nah, not buying again. It´s too expensive for what it is.

I thought I would really like this but the first time I applied it I really, really hated it. Very rarely do I put a product on my face and have it feel like it is burning from the moment it touches my skin. After applying this “pH neutralizing moisturizer” my entire face went red and was very warm, it was so uncomfortable and the feeling lasted for many hours. And the texture was not like a typical gel cream that is lightweight, it was a sticky slimy non-absorbing gel cream. So, I look up the ingredients carefully and see that there is retinyl palmitate which explains the burning sensation because my skin was damp when I applied it and anyone that uses a vitamin A derivative knows you should only apply it to dry skin. There is also citric acid which is an exfoliator so that contributed to the irritation I felt on my skin. Now, if it this didn’t leave such a disgusting feeling texture I’d probably use it again on dry skin but the tackiness is a turn off for me. I’m giving this a 3 out of 5 lippie rating, taking marks off for not clearly identifying that there is a vitamin A derivative in it and the sticky residue / texture. It’s my own fault for not reading/researching the ingredients before applying so I can’t dock the product for that but I also can’t really get behind it. Great idea, nice packaging, failed execution.
Update 4/5/19 – I found a use for this! I’ve been using this on my neck and chest and it is erasing years of sun damage in short order. I won’t repurchase but I will finish using the tube and be more diligent with sunscreen going forward. Glad it wasn’t a total waste of money.
