I needed a moisturizer with SPF that worked well with makeup. I received a sample of this before purchasing. I have combination skin that tends to be dry on the forehead, a bit oily everywhere else, so I don’t require a heavy moisturizer during the day. This provides just the right amount of moisture for my dry forehead without making anything else oily and it dries down quickly so I can get to the rest of my makeup and on with the day. If you have the opportunity, get a sample. The sample I received was a pretty decent size. I got more than 2 weeks worth of trial out of it, so I knew it was going to be a go before I ran out of the sample. Not everything works for everyone, so try it first if you can. I am very happy and will continue to use this.

Before I found an oil-free SPF with oil absorption (Peter Thomas Roth, Clini-matte) this was my #1! I love the feel of the cream and the light sweet smell. It feels wonderful on my skin, and absorbs right away. I am not wild about the packaging, as it is one of those chambers inside the actual packaging; very deceiving. It is also pretty expensive, but I was willing to pay for it’; it is really a nice product that I loved putting on every morning! I just need something that controls shine, without adding in another product, so i’ve switched.

I bought this at a Bath and Body Works outlet for 75% off. I am so glad I didn’t pay any more.
This makes my face very shiny immediately on application. After makeup and powder, or just powder alone, it is still shiny. Makes my face look very greasy. I don’t think it makes my skin feel any oilier than normal, but it looks bad. I have to keep piling on more powder. It also stings a bit when I put it on.
Also, the packaging is quite large for something that only contains 1/2 oz. To me, that is a ridiculous quantity for a moisturizer, especially for the regular price.
I think this may have been discontinued. I looked on B&BW site, and I don’t see it. If it has been discontinued, I can see why.
The only two positives I can say are that the packaging is nice, and I like the higher SPF.

Good Lord, this stuff makes your skin GREASY. I’m not sure if it adds to break outs or anything because I could only stand wearing it for two days then I returned it. This is actually way greasier then any of her other daytime moisturizers that aren’t “oil-free” (I don’t even believe oil-free makes ANY difference in oily skin IME). I work at B&BW and this is one of those products that I quietly tell people NOT to buy. Disgusting.

i had no real issues with this product, it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t anywhere near impressive at all- it medicore at best. i had to use my regular lotion on top of it to feel hydrated but the price and product quantity is horrible. you’re supposed to use 1/4 to 1/3 of a teaspoon to cover the face and neck properly and get adequate suns protection with any sunscreen, unfortunately the price and the fact that it contained so little product means that i was very hesitant to use the proper amount which defeats the purpose of sunscreen. ++ if you used the proper amount you’d probably get less than a months worth of product. just go out and buy a decent oil free sunscreen it’ll probably be much cheaper and have more protection. i mean come on 39.50 for a medicore product when you can get a lo roche posay spf 60 sunscreen for 28.00 and know that it had a high ppd rating and adequete protection and is the same size

I have combination skin and I am looking for a high SPF product that mattifies and doesn’t irritate my skin. This product claimed to have oil absorbing ingredients. It does not. My skin did not feel greasy, but it certainly looked greasy after using it. I returned it. I will continue to use Cosmedicine Medi Matte which is a great mattifier with an SPF of 20. I wish it had a higher spf and that it was less sticky. But it does leave my skin looking great.

Do not buy ANYTHING, and I MEAN ANYTHING from this line if you are combination-oily, oily, or acne prone especially. ESPECIALLY if you are acne prone. Her products are nothing but average, you could do better with neutrogena. PLUS, sure, her stuff might be “oil free”, but it is chock full of comedogenic (pore clogging) ingredients. The second ingredient in this sunscreen is myristyl myristate, which has the highest comedogenicity rating. Other products from this line have also variations of this ingredient very high up in the ingredients list. I really dont know what she is trying to do for people’s skin, its like this is a joke or something. I even work at bath and body works and i would not reccomend any of her stuff to anyone.

This is my fav moisturizer. It dries quickly, and does not make my skin feel greasy. It is oil free so it doesn’t make me break out, and it has spf so it protects my skin. I use it everyday and couldn’t live without it. A perfect product for my combination skin. It moisturizes without making it oily.

I love this stuff. But I don’t use it as past of my beauty routine. I only use it as suncreen when I go to the beach. My skin is very light and I always burn, but as long as I have this on I never burn. It is the only stuff that does not make my skin breakout, but I could see how if you used it every day it could make your skin breakout. I have the small one that came with the “starter pack” but it’s perfect to thrown in my bag and head to the beach. To anyone who’s had a bad experience with it trust me on this. Don’t throw it away… just use it as sunscreen. I’ve tried alot of face sunscreens and they all irritate my face, but this stuff is great!!

this stuff feels horrible – greasy and oily and heavy. another wexler product that feels like you are dirtying your face right after you just cleaned it.
