This is a bluish white gel, and when applied it feels cool and soothing. It is rapidly absorbed & quickly stops feeling tacky/sticky.
It containes adenosine for improving wrinkles, and niacinamide which makes skin color more even. It also has Evening Primrose oil, which doesn’t annoy my contact lenses. TonyMoly’s Floria Whitening Cream has it too, and when I used that stuff all the time my hot flashes’ frequency & strength were much diminished. I sure hope this stuff has the same bonus side effect!
Fine lines are improved, but the places that need the most help don’t get nearly enough moisture. A place above my lip that has fine lines actually looked 100 years old & crepe-y after using this gel by itself for 2 days; I also noticed the pores either side of my nose were larger. I now first apply my Mizon HA Ultra Suboon Cream to protect the pores & give the dry spots more moisture, let it dry, then I use this gel. My pores are now shrinking again, and I have no crepe-y bits.
I’ve been using this for ten days; my skin’s a much more even tone and the dark marks under my eyes are a lot less noticeable. I’m very happy w/my skin tone’s improvement, not so much re: wrinkles; maybe that needs more time (or more Suboon Cream! grrrr).
(Edited to add, after 6 months have passed: It weirdly stopped making my skin tone even, and pore size improved a great deal once I quit using this stuff. I’m using what’s left of it on my elbows. No Evening Primrose oil bonus side effect, either.)
Those who have dry places would find this gel less than ideal for Winter use, but those with oilier skin would probably like it very much. It’s early Summer, but I still must use another cream with this stuff!
I bought a 50ml (1.69oz) jar (w/inner lid but no spatula) from a US-based ebay seller in late June of 2015, and it cost $11.99.
