Cream was great during the first week of use. My skin was radiant immediately and seems a bit more supple (fine lines were still there but less obvious).
However a few weeks in, it feels as if it has stopped absorbing into my skin. My face (very dry and rosacea prone) would turn a little red around the cheeks and it stays as a film of cream on my face. By the morning, it looks like it has only moisturized certain parts of my face, with the redness still present. Fine lines are as deep as usual. (the redness are from ‘heat spots’, not irritation – sorry I’m not sure how to describe this).
Slightly disappointed with the outcomes and I have tried to use up the jar couple days at the time to ‘test’ it again but there is no success.I personally think it’s just not the right item for my skin.
Packaging was pretty. Cream has a nice scent and rich feel to it when applied. Definitely feels like a luxurious product.

This cream gave me an allergic reaction around my noise. It gave a red, dry and flaky reaction. I use for a severall years the daytime version wich I love. This one is a no go.

This is an exceptional night cream from Estee Lauder! It has a mild scent, but is quite moisturizing. I like the inclusion of several anti-oxidants here. It imparts a dewy glow and your skin looks and feels great the next morning! The price is not bad (compared to other night creams in Estee Lauder that are more expensive).

I received a sample of this cream with my Estee Lauder purchase. My skin is dry and sensitive, and although this is labeled as a night cream, I used it during the day because it didn’t seem moisturizing enough for my skin during the night.
The cream is pale green and has a slight cucumber fragrance. It works O.K. as a day cream, but my dry skin prefers a more emollient formula, even under makeup.
However, this is a nice cream and would be good for those whose skin is not as dry as mine.

I tired a sample of this, thinking it would be good for my congested/polluted skin. It feels lovely on application, and sinks in quickly but left my skin looking/feeling greasy. I also noticed some pimples the next day.
I have tried it again since, thinking that I would give it another chance, but remain unimpressed sadly.
It has a “fresh” scent, which I quite liked at first, but its potency does not go away and is too overpowering when leaving on a cream overnight.
For the price, would not purchase full size.

It is a decent moisturizer with an exceptionally elegant finish and a fantastic sensorial-play during application. (Like moisturizers will be in the future.)
Glides on lightweight but don’t be fooled, it will leave a protective residue on the skin, albeit with a dewy finish. This is achieved by using the hypoallergenic emollient Hydrogenated Polydecene and the Ecocert Sorbitan Stearate that will leave a beautiful non-oily “sheen” on the skin. Together with Squalane and Cholesterol it will strengthen the skin own lipid-barrier. Squalane and Cholesterol are identical to the lipids found in the skin and hence fully bio–compatible with our lipid-barrier.
What is really exceptional with this cream is the vast array of anti-oxidants it contains.
It contains the legendary patented anti-oxidant complex of DayWear. The most notable ones are EGT and EUK-134 (both are synthetic and very powerful anti-oxidants), along with Artemia Extract, Thermus Thermophillus Ferment (both are plankton extracts) and Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (vitamin C).
When it comes to the “Detox” claims, it is obviously just a marketing gimmick.
What this cream CAN do is to hydrate the skin, keep it moisturized for (some) hours and provide anti-oxidant protection (for some hours). It is still debatable how much and what exactly (water soluble) anti-oxidants can do for the skin in vivo. Although there are some useful technical papers on the role EGT and EUK-134 can play in the protection against oxidative-stress, it is still unclear how much anti-oxidants in reality do for our skin. (Exception of oil-soluble anti-oxidants like Tocepherol or Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E) that is well documented.)
The now famous cucumber fragrance (known from DayWear) should be more subtle but it is not disturbing and is definitely on the pleasant side.
Please note that this product contains synthetic colourants: Blue 1 and Yellow 5.

This cream is the latest from the brand and it’s fantastic. Very light weight, fast absorbing, feels beautiful on skin. The single down side for some people might be the fragrance. It’s strong, like majority of Estee Lauder products.
I use Estee Lauder skin care since 2001. I’m 36 years old, but no one thinks that I’m older than 28. I don’t have wrinkles yet, despite my not so great genetic. As a teen I used to look way older than I was, my grandma was afraid that by age 30 I’ll look like I’m 45. But it wasn’t the case.
I highly recommend to everyone try Estee Lauder products for at least a two month to see the effect. You might thank me later 🙂 9 out of 10 way younger looking people who I ask about the products they used swearing by Estee Lauder.
P.S. I don’t work for company, I never received anything from them, my friends and relatives don’t work there.
