This is some heavy duty balm. I’m extremely dry and I found this when trying to find an alternative to Mat Lindstrom balm. I have to say I like this better, however neither can take the place of my La Mer when it comes to hydration. However my skin loves the Lehlani balm because it turns to a hydrating oil that sinks in slowly. This is for the driest of the dry, I don’t see other skin types using this unless your skin just needs a heavy dose of hydration or calming.

This is such a beautiful product. The scent, the silky texture, how it leaves my skin feeling so hydrated and plump. It’s a multipurpose balm, meaning you can use it several different ways– cleanser/makeup remover, moisturizer, lip balm, etc. I tend to use it more as a first cleanse/makeup and sunscreen remover than a moisturizer because I have very clog prone/acne prone skin. Occasionally, I will use the tiniest amount patted into my skin, mostly around my eye area, with no issues. My skin is also sensitive/reactive, and this does not cause any burning or irritation whatsoever. My skin feels calm and hydrated after using it, even after I follow up with a second cleanse. Because it doesn’t contain any emulsifiers, it must be removed with a warm washcloth (my preferred method) or tissued off. Highly recommend it, especially for dry/normal skin types.

I cannot get enough of this delicate pink balm of goodness. The first thing you notice when you open this product is the scent of orange blossom that wafts out of the glass jar. The texture is quite firm, but the balm melts easily and can be applied with little struggle. The ingredients are what really intrigued me: argan oil, camellia seed oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, maracuja oil, moringa oil, etc. This balm is every one of my favorite ingredients rolled up into one. The best part is the morning after you apply this, waking up to skin that looks like it has been revitalized. The texture of my skin felt so smooth and little fine lines that I have practically disappeared. My poor winter skin did not feel tight or have weird red patches that I sometimes get when my skin is undernourished. This product hit the mark! This is certainly going to be a repurchase for me, especially considering the ingredients are for the most part organic.
