I’ve read that nothing can tell how old a woman really is than by looking at her her neck and chest, and this is why I’m using this wonderful stuff every night on my face, neck, and chest to help keep them beautiful!! To make sure my skin is going to be firm and look 20 years younger I’m going to take care of it, keep out of the sun and apply this every night!! Because it makes my skin so soft by quenching it with the special ingredients it has, and it’s not super expensive, so you won’t have to sell or pawn stuff to use it!! It has a nice scent to it and this little bottle goes a long long way!!

Confession: I wasn’t using any moisturizer up until about a month ago, despite being a Canadian in winter. I had one that broke me out awhile ago so I stayed away for a bit, I’m also a low maintenance person.
My skin skin of course got really dry due to this bad decision on my part and I knew I needed to get back to moisturizing.
I picked this one at Loblaws simply because I’d have a good experience with a different L’oreal moisturizer a long time ago and it seemed the best bet for a really low price.
My face is doing much better now!! It is no longer dry or flaky and much softer. My face does look visibly better after using this for a month. I also like that when I put it on I never feel greasy after (one of my worries in picking a moisturizer).
The only reason I didn’t give five lippies: I went from using NOTHING to using this so I’m not sure if my results or more dramatic due to that. I’m also still hoping to try some other brand moisturizers once I can afford it to see if i can find something even better.

This product broke me out like never before. After a couple of uses my face began getting cystic acne so I guess this is not the product for you if your skin is acne prone

Love this! Has evened out my skin tone without any breakouts. Silky texture that doesn’t feel like silicone but hydrating. I have dry skin so I wear it under a thicker moisturizer but it would probably be perfect on its own if you have oily skin. Will purchase again for sure!

Okay, here’s the thing. I used up 3 jars of this moisturizer and I loved it! But on the fourth jar, I noticed something odd. Every time I used it and it got even remotely near my eyes, the lower lid would twitch and spasm throughout the day. I tested this on and off, and it seemed to be the cause of my eye twitches….seemed like an allergiec reaction maybe. Not a bad moisturizer BUT the twitching was worrisome and annoying, so I switched to another one by Lush that is all natural and haven’t had any twitching. If it doesn’t do the twitching to you, go ahead and use it.

Before this moisturizer I was using Ponds for dry skin, while it did its job I wanted a moisturizer that would help my hyper pigmentation, acne scars and dark spots. I was at Superstore a while back and saw that this moisturizer claimed to reduce the look of imperfections, thinking “What do I have to lose.” I purchased it that day and tested it out. After using it consistently for a few months I noticed my imperfections were fading (although I’m not sure if it’s because of the moisturizer or another product I’ve been using along with it) Whatever the case, my skin started to look better and feel better. The consistency of the moisturizer feels great, as quoted from the user below me “it glides on like a dream” it is a smooth and creamy texture and absorbs into the skin quickly. Overall I will repurchase and have repurchased back ups for back ups.

The only reason I’m giving this four instead of five lippies is because I’m terrified this is too good to be true!
This product is called Ideal Moisture Even Tone Day/Night Cream elsewhere, but here in Canada it is marketed as Radiant Tone Day/Night Cream instead for some reason. I picked it up because I was drawn to it’s claims of improving skin’s tone and texture after four weeks, and the fact it could be used as both a day AND night cream (I hate having to use both). I was a little worried as my previous moisturizer left me with terribly clogged pores, but I had great success with L’Oreal’s Sublime Soft Soothing Gel-Cream Wash so I figured I’d give their cream a shot.
Oh my land. When I opened it the first thing I noticed was even though the jar was white with a reddish orange colour, the cream was PURPLE! This made me so incredibly happy, purple is my favourite colour! I’m assuming it’s purple because lavender is a tone-correcting shade. The second thing I noticed was the scent. I can’t say everyone will agree with me on this one, but the scent honestly makes this the most heavenly smelling face cream I’ve ever put my nose close to. It’s mildly floral, but also fresh and sweet somehow… I can’t describe it but it’s good!
As for the consistency, it glides on like a dream, and soaks in amazingly fast. My skin literally just drinks it up. AND it hasn’t caused any clogging, breakouts or anything in the past two weeks I’ve been using it! I think I’m in love.
This is at HG status for me. Considering trying the Even Tone Tinted Day Cream with SPF, but for now I’m incredibly satisfied with this!
UPDATE: I’m still leaving this at 4/5 lippies because it’s amazing, just not quite moisturizing enough for my skin now that it’s even colder. This will absolutely be my HG Spring/Fall moisturizer, but for now I’ve switched to the Ideal Moisture Dry/Sensitive Day Cream. Super super rich and creamy without being greasy, but doesn’t smell as good as this!
