To begin with a disclaimer I have extremely difficult skin. Very fair, thin, almost transparent and super sensitive. As a result of this, and about 5 years working in the beauty industry I have had my fair share miracle cream promises and disappointments – been through lancome, clarins, cliniques, le prairie, temple spa, origins, chanel, sisiley, cetapil, nivea, garnier, l’real, soap and glory to name a few. Nothing seems to keep my skin in check for too long (meaning more than 2 weeks), until i found this.
In the UK it cost £4.99 on offer at Boots. and Voila. my skin finally has even skin tone,no redness and is well hydrated, even in the delicate under eye area (meaning not flaking off as if I have leprosy or some other face melting ailment) and my make up looks fantastic almost all day. Given, it takes a while to absorb but its well worth the extra five minutes in front of the mirror. Value for money – legendary!

This is good moisturiser. It’s budget-friendly, kind to your skin, hydrating, and does not leave sticky feeling. If you’re looking for a simple (pun intended) moisturiser without the super high-end ingredients (or price tag), then this one is for you.
I’ve always been a big fan of this brand. They really do cater to sensitive skin with gentle ingredients. I’m currently on a different moisturiser for experiment purposes. This moisturiser is very light and dries out nicely on your skin. It’s light and hydrating enough to apply on high dosage if you’re suffering from flaking or dry skin in general. I used it to counter the drying/flaking caused by my acne topical treatment. I’ve recommended this to several friends who’re suffering from acne as well and they seem to respond well to this product.
But there are several drawbacks that lead me to finding a different moisturiser. This product contains parabens, mica (this explains the glitter complaints by several reviewers), dimethicone, and sodium chloride (low dosage). Despite all these, it didn’t aggravate my acne or increase my oil production. So maybe it was luck.
Will I repurchase? Maybe. Still not fond of several ingredients. Hence, I took a lippie away. Will I recommend this to those with acne or sensitive skin? You can give it a go. They do have a trial kit. It’s small so you’re not wasting too much if you’re not a fan.

Just an ordinaty moisturizer. It leaves my skin moisture when i put a large amount and a very good price

I assess moisturisers on two things: how it works with oiliness and sensitive skin, as I have both. It really wasn’t too bad for oily skin – definitely would be ok. But it broke me out. So I wouldn’t recommend it for sensitive skin, going on my experience. But would be good for a light moisturiser otherwise, and the price is really good.

i have repurchased this product a lot,i have sensitive/oily skin and this works great, i use it under my foundation and this moisturizer makes it last a lot longer ,it has no smell and feels like there is nothing on your skin

So…I need to come back and admit I was wrong.
Initially, I gave this one lippie because after using it my skin got really red and I experienced breakouts. However, it was not because of the moisturizer, but because of the face wash I was using. I switched to a face wash that was better suited to my skin type, and now I can honestly say that this stuff is really good.
It’s gentle on my skin, and it’s been looking dramatically healthier since I stopped using that face wash. My skin tone has been more even, and I haven’t had any breakouts. I’m so glad I figured out what the real problem was, because this might become my go-to moisturizer.

i dont know why everyone is giving this such bad reviews, i actually didnt mind this product at all. i didnt notice that it had glitters so there must not be alot. it felt very moisturizing for my dry skin but im not going to repurchase this right away because i want to find a cream thats a bit more thicker. i actually love mixing this with my maybelline dream liquid-mousse foundation to make the foundation more of a bb cream consistency and more moisturizing and it works great for that. the price is not bad and you can get simple travel sized packs for $10 if you wanted to try some of their products

Amazing! I love it! Leaves your skin feeling so soft without leaving any greasiness!

Out of the many (MANY!) moisturizes I have used, this is in my top 5, and I would repurchase this again, but not immediately. I’m still on the search for my HG moisturizer.
Reasons this just isn’t HG material:
1. While it didn’t break me out, it didn’t do much for my skin tone or texture.
2. This is fine in terms of moisture when it comes to those humid Texas summers when my combo skin doesn’t need much, but in the wintertime it just doesn’t cut it. The past few weeks my skin has been dry and tight. I feel like I’m losing the battle against the cold.
3. This takes awhile to sink into the skin, so if you slap this on in a hurry and run out the door, you’ll be halfway to work by the time you realize you need to put more on.
4. There are minute glitter particles in this, and honestly, that’s the biggest turnoff for me, especially since I don’t equate glitter to sensitive skincare. It doesn’t seem to be harming my skin, but I do wonder how much better it would be for my skin if the glitter wasn’t there.

I really like this product. I normally have oily, acne-prone skin and I need a light moisturizer that still keeps my skin nice.I use this twice a day and it doesn’t break me out and it keeps my skin healthy looking. They give you a good amount in one bottle and it is for a reasonable price. It is pretty much full of natural products, though it isn’t totally natural. I will definitely be purchasing this again.
