I like many products in the Boots Expert line. I buy them at Target or Drugstore.com The expert line is for sensitive skin.
This isn’t one of my favorites because I don’t find it moisturizing enough for my dry winter skin, and I also don’t appreciate the thin, lotion consistency being in a jar container.

the changing seasons to winter this year had my skin feeling and looking extremely dry. so dry that i had rashy, red, flaky patches on my cheeks that wouldn’t go away no matter how much lotion i put on. I couldn’t put makeup overtop because it would just stick to the dry spots and look HORRIBLE! i went to target to get to find some different more heavy moisturizer and the cosmetic employee swore by this lotion and said it would help my skin. She was more than right! after two days the dry spots had almost completely disappeared. It didn’t leave my skin oily or sticky. My skin soaked it up fast and was able to put makeup over top right after applying. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this for people with oily skin but my very dry skin loved it!

This thin, white cream (packaged in a jar) is hypoallergenic, lanolin-free, and fragrance-free. I’ve tried it as both day and night creams, but it’s not moisturizing enough for my dry and sensitive skin

I bought this from Target because I had gone into a Bare Escentual’s store and the girl there told me that I should have a night cream or a hyrating cream to put at night so that it help rejuvenate and restore my skin. Its been 4 days and I’ve been using it every night. Although the jar is small, there’s a lot in it. When I put it on my face I only take a small amount rub it in my hands and apply on my face and neck. At first I thought I’d wake up an oily mess, but I notice once I applied it on, and wait for it to dry in seconds, it sinked into my skin. It made my skin feel soft. In the morning my face was not oily. I just looked hyrated. So far I’m happy with this product. The only reason I gave it 4 lippies is because its too early to tell if this product suit me or not.
UPDATE 3/22/12
I dont like this afterall. It makes my face oily(even more oily then normal) & I already hate my t-zone as it is. So I will not repurchase this. In fact I’m going to return it to Sallys Beauty.

It’s an okay moisturizer. It leaves my skin feeling a bit slimy though. But it gets the job done, and it’s good for the day time too when I have small patches of dry skin on my face. It has lasted me quite a while too, you only need a little bit.

I have been trying to find a cream that would help my son – he has learning difficulties so is unable to tell me what feels ok or not.
He does a lot of swimming and this winter his skin on his forehead has just been so scaly. I give him a facial once a week and we exfoliate but nothing was clearing up the dreadful dryness.
Boots (UK) had the Expert Sensitive range on 2 items for £4 so I bought another of the foam cleanser (very good also) and bought this Night treatment. I didn’t hold out a lot of hope as it is not a really thick cream but it sank in well and I waited for the morning – in just 5 days it has cleared the dryness completely.
I am not resting on my laurels thinking it will stay like this but we shall continue to use this at night.
There is no smell and my son is able to apply himself (with some help from Mum)
Very, very impressed. And what a bargain price too!
Best wishes and hugs, Shal. xx

I’ve been using this product for about a week now. So far, so good. It’s so rare that I can find a moisturizer that doesn’t break me out but actually moisturizes! I use this both day and night and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily. I however, will soon be trying another moisturizer for the daytime that has spf.

I got this at my local Target- I was looking for a regular moisturizer to use at night since I felt like my Aveeno sunscreen moisturizer was drying out my skin, and I got this since it was pretty cheap, at $5-6. It appealed to me since it felt light and it moisturizes pretty well. I didn’t get any breakouts, and eventually, I began using this day and night.
