I would like to express my disappointment from the unsatisfactory (lack of) result of one of your products, the Diamond White Lightning Treatment. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company and also from a product marked with a “sale” tag of $345.00.
Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this complaint hoping to understand the reasons why my skin is in the same state that it was 5 months ago, when I started using your product.
I still have the same uneven tone and dullness, even though I was using your product every day, after cleansing my skin with a top rated neutral pH facial cleaner. I believe I was using just the right amount…2 pumps on the palm of my hand and a light tap with the right middle finger on the facial areas with blemishes. I am a male and it was important to me to learn and to practice what I thought was the right way to use an expensive investment that I believe it should have given me the expected return.
Now, the bottle is empty and so are my hopes that this product will better my skin in any way, shape or form.

Diamond Extreme. Lavender scent, heavy cream so I prefer to use at nighttime but will use lightly some mornings. Wow. Very hydrating and my forehead and I crows feet lines truly have softened. It absorbs quickly with no greasy residue. Décolleté shoes a big difference in the new fountain lines I’ve recently began noticed. Very$$$ but so far, I love it. I’ve been using it 3 weeks and nothing compares. I use it after the Essential Shock Serum and I’ve seen my face transform. I’d prefer a pump vs jar with spatula but at least you’ll be able to get every bit of it out.

It is the best anti-aging cream I’ve ever tried! I love the smell (it’s lavender), the consistency. I was a little surprised when I opened the jar through because it’s not your regular white cream, it’s beige. It is very moisturizing. You know those lines that go from your nose to the corners of your lips? Well, with this cream I just can’t see those lines! They disappear. I know I’m not old enough and I don’t have enough wrinkles to see all of the benefits from this cream, but I’m already amazed with what I see. It leaves the skin radiant, hydrated, soft, subtle, and wrinkle-free! I have a minor disappointment with this product though. I was hoping it would help me get rid of my post-acne scars but it did not help with my scarring at all. I know it does not claim that it will, but I always expect a bit more from a product. But nonetheless I can use other products to treat the scarring, and this ‘jewel of skincare’ will help keep my skin in its best condition! I’d say a jar could easily last 4 to 5 months, maybe even longer. Although I do find it’s a bit too moisturizing for summer. Will save it for all other seasons of the year!

Warning: do not consider buying this without trying it on your face. I tried it on my hand in the store, decided it felt nice and didn’t smell too strongly, and bought it since I was getting the Diamond ice lift peel-off mask, which I love. When I put the cream on my face, the scent was very strong, and it lasted several hours. Unfortunately, a scent that didn’t bother me at first became more and more unpleasant to me. You may not mind the scent, but I’d definitely make sure of that before paying over $300, although a reputable store will take it back – thank goodness! (I had to thoroughly cleanse my face before I could fall asleep.)

First of all, you will be knocked off of your feet with the price ($300+). Second of all, you’ll be impressed with the beautiful packaging. Third, the product is indeed excellent, BUT if you’re new to the skin care game, work yourself up to this purchase. I’ll be the first to admit that this product is for slightly more mature skin (35+ depending on condition). If you’re younger, or if you haven’t spent more than $100 bucks on a face cream, forget about it! There are interim steps to achieve great skin before you pull out the big bucks on this line. If you have more mature skin AND you’re not blown away by the price, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the results (with daily usage).

I love this moisturizer. I used to use La Mer for several years and after a while, I realized that my skin was not getting the benefits it did before. Reading about Natura Bisse from Tina Craig and listening to my friends raving about it, I bought it and it is wonderful. I am in my mid 20’s and I work in front of the computer all day long. My skin has taken a toll on me and I needed something to get my youthfullness skin back. This works.. Miracles

Would be 3 lippies in stead of 2 if the price was reasonable, so one off for the price ..
I received this in a deluxe sample size as GWP ,the SA told me it wasn’t for my skin exactly , but i could use it when i travel ..(I was purchasing the oxygen cream ,that i should use normally , another review) For reference i’m 31 yrs old, my skin is dehyrated with some open pores and old acne scars ,sun spots as the problems.
I don’t think it helped that my first travel destination came up to be the humid Florida with this cream , since it’s ultra heavy ..
The scent was rather overwhelming (i found this to be a problem for me in many other skincare products of Natura Bisse) but i could deal with that , only if the cream itself was amazing ..Unfortunately it was not ..
Don’t hate me for saying that but it reminded me of Nivea ! ..You know , when i was a kid we would have the original blue tins of Nivea cream around the house .. Maybe that’s why i have stayed away from everything except for the cellulite cream Nivea makes ,afterwards..Not because it was bad, because i had enough of it ..
Well back to the Diamond ,it does moisturize ,i have to say that, but nothing special that can justify the price tag ,for me ..

For those of you who are disappointed with the Diamond Cream’s inability to hydrate properly or help diminish fine lines…you must must try the Diamond Extreme Cream which is for someone who doesn’t get enough out of the original Diamond Cream. It is a step up from Diamond Cream. I cannot live without this cream! My skin is pretty normal but has the tendency in the colder months to be dry and irritated. This cream will target any sort of extreme skin condition except for those that are more oily. Try it! Expensive but so worth it!

This is a heavier version of Diamond Gel-Cream. I use Diamond Gel-Cream in spring and summer and use this cream in autumn and winter. My skin always looks good, with lovely glow and well rested with it. But I think this is not heavy enough for dry or very dry skin. Drier skin may prefer Diamond Extreme.
