The new TARTE Cosmic Maracuja Concentrated Face Balm is a new product from Tarte that is a balm to oil salve. You can use this in many ways- over dry skin, cuticles, melt and dab a little bit onto hair. If you have every tried the Farmacy Beauty Sleep Tight Balm or the LXMI Nilotica Melt the Tarte Cosmic Maracuja Concentrated Face Balm is quite similar in texture and application. This melts quickly and smooths over skin nicely, it does take a while to fully absorb but once it does it makes skin feel nice and soft. I typically have been using this over my evening skin care routine as a way to “seal” my prior products in while I sleep. This is low in antioxidants so the jar packaging isn’t much of an issue but this does contain a lot of emollients.
