Ehh, was not a big fan of the ingredient list to begin with, but I wanted to give it a fair chance since I have a lot of redness on my face. My face never really felt moisturized & I have oily acne prone skin. I much prefer bioelements absolute moisture.

I’ve been using this for about two months and I’m pretty impressed. I have some rosacea on my cheeks and nose and this lotion has been very effective at calming my skin. Not sure if this will be moisturizing enough in the middle of winter but so far its nice on my slightly dry sensitive skin. Thinking this will be a repurchase for me.

I have combination, sensitive, clog-prone, acne-prone skin that is difficult to moisturize without causing irritation, clogged pores, or breakouts. This moisturizer seems pricey at more than $40 for a bottle, but a bottle is larger than usual–4 ounces–so it’s not an outrageous price. The product doesn’t irritate my skin and actually feels soothing, though it could be more moisturizing on cold winter days. It absorbs quickly, leaving my skin matte. But alas, it caused so many clogged pores and breakouts that after two weeks or so of usage, I returned it (I’m so thankful for Lovely Skin’s easy, no-questions-asked return policy).

I discovered this product after falling in love with Bioelements Sensitive Skin Cleanser. My skin is SO sensitive, often dehydrated, and red across the nose/cheek area, and sometimes the forehead. I love this particular moisturizer since it is the only one so far (and i’ve tried A LOT) that hasn’t caused any problems for me. I slather on quite a bit at morning and night, and find that my redness dissipates with application. It absorbs lighting fast and deeply hydrates, finishing with a matte finish. I would say it may not nourish very to moderately dry skins- those types may need additional moisture. I love camitude!!!
EDIT: I came back to note that I no longer use this as I found better products for my skin. The high ‘cone content of this moisturizer was starting to clog me and wasn’t as hydrating to my increasingly dry combo skin anymore. Still kept it around to dab on any extreme red flares, but it’s in the back of the cabinet.

I agree with everything the previous reviewer said about this moisturizer. It’s great for sensitive skin, absorbs easily with no greasy residue and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. No detectable scent. Lovely for oily/combination skin, but may not be moisturizing for dry skin. What I don’t like about this product is the pump – it’s impossible to control. You either get a tiny, tiny amount or a full pump, there’s nothing in between. And a full pump sometimes squirts out with such force that it ends up on the bathroom wall! Otherwise, a great product that I would definitely repurchase!

This is a white gel lotion type moisturiser that is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. It has no added fragrance and the scent is barely detectable. It contains licorice extract, an antiinflammatory to sooth, white tea, which is an antioxident, and is gluten free. It comes in a glass bottle with a pump which twists to lock shut. The glass bottle is very heavy, and the pump sometimes comes off / is difficult to unlock / gets blocked, but it is more hygienic than tub. It is $39 US dollars for 4 oz / 118 ml or about $90 AUD if you buy it in Aussie, but there are not many Aussie stockists, so I currently get mine from BeautyBridge.
This has a really nice light feeling and absorbs quickly to a matte finish. It does not irritate my very sensitive skin and has not broken me out. This has been a saviour for my skin. I am happy because it helps moisturise, calm and because it contains an antioxident also has some anti-aging benefits. I use this twice daily and supplement the moisture with another moisturiser sometimes when my skin is very dry but am thinking of adding a hyralonic acid serum to help further. I like the packaging but wish it was lighter for travel and that the pump worked better.
Pro’s:
gentle enough / designed for sensitive skin
gluten free
fragrance free
contains anti-inflammtories and antioxidents
nice light textured lotion that absorbs well
has not caused breakouts and has matte finish
hygienic packaging
Con’s
not quite hydrating enough by itself
packaging is heavy, breakable and difficult to seal / unseal for travel/ pump gets blocked
hard to get in Australia
