This product helps with oil control and minimises acne! I forgot to put it on one day and my face felt like an oil ball the entire day ._.
As for acne prevention….. I used to have cystic acne every time I’m stressed/hormonal. After using this product, my acne condition is kept at bay. Of course it’s not a “cure all” product, I’ve changed certain aspects of my skincare regime too. But I believe this moisturiser plays a huge part in acne prevention as it doesn’t feel heavy and doesn’t clog pores.
You can layer this on top of serums/concentrates, no problem. Wears well under makeup too.
Love the tube packaging too! Hygienic and easy to control how much product you want to dispense.

very disappointed in this product. i bought this thinking it will moisturize and mattify my acne-prone, combination and sensitive skin. the lady in the kiehl’s store assured me that this won’t break me out due to salicylic acid. IT DID NOT. the product made my skin super oily too. here’s my full review

Disappointed in this product. I have acne prone, combination/oily and sensitive skin. I bought this thinking this will moisturize and mattify my face without breaking out. The lady in the kiehl’s store assured me that this wont give me breakouts since this product has salicylic acid. Once i put this on, acnes everywhere! And the product made my skin super oily. Tried it again thinking my skin just might get used to the product but it didnt give me good results. There are literally so many acnes. I gave my bottle away. Would not repurchase nor recommend.

I really like this. It helps mattify my skin but yet feels moisturising, doesn’t contribute to clogged pores and pimples and is bang for buck! One of the cheapest acne moisturisers I’ve come across. It’s cheaper than some moisturisers for other skin concerns too. Cost SGD $51 for 100ml. I’ve repurchased it so many times and it’s the one thing that’s always on my skincare pile.
Good and effective. Although I notice that the “stinging” sensation other users mentioned seem to have lost its effect on me after prolonged use. Lol. I don’t feel the cooling or stingy feeling until I’ve stopped using for months and then go back to using it again.
The only bad thing about this is that it has a weird film (coz I use a lot and apply liberally). Not good if I wish to apply sunscreen or base makeup over it. It balls up to a dried up version of it’s original texture which you get when you squeeze it out of the tube.
I cut the tube to get the remaining product out. There’s quite a lot that can last you for about a week or two. Unfortunately it just dries up before I can scrap it clean. 🙁 Kiehl’s should improve on their packaging. Love the tube packaging, but the last bits are hard to squeeze out and use.

I’ve not found a moisturiser better than this. It mattifies my skin, unlike other anti-acne moisturisers which don’t. It’s really absorbent and I only need just a pea sized amount to moisturise my face.
It leaves a nice,clean skin feeling (which is hard to have when you have acne-prone skin). This lasted me 7 months and I’m on my second tube now.
Only downside is those with sensitive noses might find the scent weird. It disappears after a while though.

I have oily and acne prone skin
I used this almost a month and gave up
It made my skin dark and useless for acne, and it even made my oily skin even look oil than before, really harsh to skin

This is amazing ! I have oily and dry skin , this moisturizer is light and helps with my acne, PLUS it gives very matte, it feels so light and cool I love it!
The only moisturizer that hasn’t broke me out and believe me I’ve tried dozens, including the korres yogurt moisturizer
