Hi!
I got this because I wanted to try a new thing.
The price I really don’t like.
A little goes a long way.The gel absorbs fast.
I feel the hydratation for 3-4 hours.

I got this from a friend for free. She told me it was a great summer time moisturizer because it is really light. It’s extremely light but not very hydrating. While it doesn’t properly hydrate my skin it does not clog my pores either. The smell is really strong, a bit like men’s deodorant. I have been using this for two months as a night cream and nothing special has happened. I don’t think this product really does anything; if you already have perfect skin this would be great for you.

This review is for the Aquasource Gel. I bought this because all of the moisturisers that used to work for me have stopped working, and after I had a very brief, negative encounter with L’Occitane Immortelle.
I was looking for something light and refreshing for the summer.
This gel comes in a tube and is a combination of gel and cream. It goes on smoothly and sinks right in. It’s also slightly cooling. In terms of moisture, I believe it provides just the right amount. I have combination skin (leaning towards oily in the summer months) which is acne-prone, and my main concerns are always whether the moisturiser would leave my face looking like and oil disaster waiting to happen or, worse still, whether it would break me out so badly, I’d have to nurse my skin back to health for the next six months. Well, I’m happy to report that this moisturiser has not broken me out so far.
I was eager to see whether this moisturiser would stand the test of time in (currently) hot and humid London (only for a day, mind you), coupled with an air-conditioned office. My face stayed pretty matte, in fact I finally achieved that coveted dewy
complexion (I mean truly dewy, and not the wannabe-dewy that is actually oily).
The price is quite steep (£19.50 for a 30 ml tube), but a little goes a long way. I’m not sure this will be enough during the cold winter months – I’ll cross that bridge when I get there and use that opportunity to buy a new moisturiser ;-). But for the summer, this serves me well, and will repurchase next summer :-P.

I am finding this works well under Neutrogena oil-free moisturiser for daytime. I have had a few tiny breakouts on my nose which is where I concentrate mainly on putting it (due to dryness in that area). My dryness has definately improved though. It is quite expensive for the amount in the bottle and after only a week I have used quite a bit. I imagine over time you wouldn’t need to use as much/as frequently. Probably wouldn’t buy again, only because I’d like to try a different serum/booster.

The scent was too strong for a facial moisturizer and it burned my face I ended up with big red blotches everywhere. I did like the consistency though and the bottle was cute, the scent would be great for another product since I did like it just not on my acne prone oily face.

I really loved this moisturizer, for at least a whole 6 months. Then it started doing nothing for my skin, so I moved on to something new. Its performance dropped and I realized I needed something really moisturizer and usable for my skin. This was my HG product until it just stopped doing what it ahd been doing to my skin for 6 months.

I absolutely love this as a summer moisturizer – its light and fresh and its just perfect under makeup or anything. Definitely a new must have in my cosmetics list.

This gel moisterizer felt great on my hand at the store, but then I used it on my face and noticed immediately a slight tightness to my face. I looked at the ingredients and the 2nd main ingredient is “alcohol” which we know is “bad” for skin. I love gel formulas and I’m glad I did try it or I always would have wondered about it. I am difinetely returning this. The only thing I like about it is the glass container it comes in, the nice scent and consistency of gel. However, it is lacking in giving serious moisterization to the face.

This was a nice super light moisturizer. Has a faint pleasant smell, and nice light texture. I used it in the fall when my skin was transitioning from combo/normal to combo/dry and it just wasnt enough moisture. I presume this would be excellent during the summer. @ 31.50 not bad but the packaging while very nice, looks extremely fragile i wouldnt travel with it. No spf either.

Sorry about this rant, but the fragrance in this stuff irritated my sensitive, acne-prone, comb.to oily(dehydrated cheeks) skin. The sales lady at the counter pursuded me, and made me had high expectation for this stuff. Overall, I had bad luck with all biotherm stuff. If you have sensitive skin, Biosensitive might be your only choise, but young girls with non-sensitive skin should really give Biotherm a try.
