I have been using Amal Oils 100% pure organic argan oil for over a year now, but I didn’t know just how much I loved it and relied on it until I moved to Phoenix this summer. As someone with already dry skin, the arid evironment here has wreaked havoc on my skin. I’ve had a number of problems ranging from flaking to redness to breakouts resulting from dry skin clogging my pores. My Amal Oils argan oil, which I had previously been using mostly for my hair and nails, and less frequently for my face, became a lifesaver! After only a few uses of the oil in place of my night facial moisturizer (in combination with the Amal Oils Sabon Noir and Rose Water toner – which are also amazing), the flakiness and redness were gone, and the breakouts were clear. Argan oil has an amazing, natural anti-inflammatory property, and it clears any redness unbelievably quickly. I have continued to use this combination as my nighttime regimen for the past few weeks, and my skin is back! As a physician, I try very hard to expose my skin to as few harsh chemicals and synthetic products as possible. Amal Oils is certified organic and certainly fits the bill for my skincare needs! I can’t recommend it highly enough. Knowing that with every bottle I buy, I’m contributing to the co-ops run by and benefitting the Berber women of Morocco doesn’t hurt either. So I just got my first bottle of this amazing argan oil today and after trying so many brands online and from Sephora I can honestly say I’m glad to have found one that is pure, certified organic by agencies that I know (ECOCERT and USDA), affordable and is so potent! You can definitely tell this one isn’t deodorized or run through chemical filters, the smell is pleasant so no complaints there. The pump is absolutely amazing and so much better than the droppers and other bottles where you have to pour. Beautiful packaging in dark chocolate brown and baby blue. It is truly a miracle product so I was thrilled when I saw they had a deluxe size of 4oz. for $63. I got a lot of their other products too I hope they are just as good.
