If I have to spend a lot of time in a room with AC, my make up starts looking dry and uneven. This spray will revive it. The spray is not the finest, but I tap gently my face with fingertips after spraying to distribute it more evenly. It does a good job of rescuing your face and the small bottle is easy to carry in your purse. Elf products are hit and miss, but this is definitely a keeper. The only reason it didn’t get five lippies is because of the mist not being very fine. I live in hot and very humid climate and indoors being air conditioned, have to deal with hot, humid, dry, cool climate in one day. It’s a lot to ask your makeup to stay fresh looking in those conditions. This definitely helps.

Sets makeup to takes away the powdery look. Or to pop in your bag for travel or work where air conditioning can suck the moisture out of skin. Faintly scented with apple blossom and woods. Reminds me of bath and body works candle in “Autumn”. It has a refreshing feel and leaves my skin feeling lightly hydrated without looking or feeling sticky. It has witch-hazel to help minimize breakouts and does not block my pores. Doesn’t disturb makeup or add any unwanted shine.
Packaging looks expensive and elegant but the letters wear off. Also the spray nozzle is too powerful with big jets of wet spray. Not a fine mist. Only 30 mls so I ran out fast.

This is a nice mist to refresh your makeup, especially when it can get a bit powdery, but this is nothing special. The spray, was a spray and not a mist, so droplets ended on my face but didn’t do harm. I don’t regret buying it but I am not sure if I would buy it again.

Not my cup of tea. It never dried and didn’t make a difference in my makeup lasting all day. It also broke me out. Probably bc it never dried. I might try it again bc I may have gotten a bad batch but I think I’ll try something else.

Got this online during an ELF site sale for 50% (paired with the already on sale price) so it came to $1.50 for me, though the regular price is still pretty great. I usually use the Mario Badescu Rose Water to set my makeup because i like adding a little bit of dewiness/moisture back to completely matte makeup so my skin doesn’t look like a desert.
I like the packaging, it feels a little more classy than the typical plastic spray bottle, as well as sturdier and the nozzle disperses a very fine and distributed spray that more so feels like a light mist instead of globs of water resting on ur face.
This product does a great job of setting makeup and just adding some life back to my face. I switch between L’Oreal Pro Matte and Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless and it doesn’t take away the matteness or longevity of the foundation instead it just reduces transfer, and gives me skin a subtle glow and nice smooth finish.
The downside is….it smells a little weird. A scent thats likely going to be tolerable or you’ll hate it and not use it. It goes away of course but compared to the Mario Badescu, when i first used it I was a lil thrown off because of the scent. It’s not strong or pungent, just….strange. I can get by it because I’m more confused than put off by the scent though I can see it being a problem for some people (my sister hates it).
Overall I enjoy this setting spray, the price point isn’t bad either especially if you get it on sale and the finish as well as the packing is all on point.

I enjoy this product. It is not sticky and doesn’t seem to add any lasting ability to your makeup, but it is refreshing. I use it to add moisture to my face before putting on moisturizer so that my moisturizer can lock in the hydration.
It’s a bit small, but worth checking out.
