It is an alright product. Provides quite a good curle on condition you press enough and hold the curler pressed long enough. What I like is the shape and depth of the curve. It appears bit deeper than Shu Uemura one has, which helps to prevent lids pinching.

I’ve had this curler for years now and no matter what other curlers I buy (shu uemura, shiseido etc) I always find myself going back to this one! I got another Max Factor a year ago and I was not happy with it, they changed it completely. The older one works a lot better for me.
I never had a hard time finding replacement pads, I used to use the Essence of Beauty but they recently changed them 🙁 They are now smaller and thicker and don’t fit my curler. The ones that I’ve found that fits my curler now is the ones from La Cross.
This curler doesn’t pinch, tug or pull on my lashes and delicate skin around my eyes. I cannot part with it no matter how many new curlers (high/low end) I buy. Bummed to read that it didn’t work out for many people, but then again a lot of raved curlers didn’t work out for me either. Mine hasn’t rusted whatsoever so I will continue to use till it falls apart. which I hope NEVER happens!

I never thought I would do a bad review until after using this. This lash curler doesn’t work well at all. You have to press real hard to get a decent curl and that hurts! I think it’s the pad that comes with it. And it’s a little too stiff. Also I think the shape of it doesn’t fit my eyes that well. I’m asian with a rounder almond shaped eye with lashes that are stick straight when left alone. I will not repurchase this thing, I wont toss it away though. I’ll probably give it away or something or use it for a light curl for when I apply falsies. Very disappointed in this lash curler.

I’ve had this curler for almost a decade and the only reason I no longer use it is because I couldn’t find replacement pads for it. It gave great, lasting curl and fit my lash line perfectly. A few months ago, I discovered I could fit Shu Uemura pads in it, so now I use it as a spare!

this SUX! well its OK… it looks AMAZING when u 1st curl ur lashes, but doesnt last!(wen i tried other curlers, same mascara, it lasted all day) well, it doesnt make them straight, well i wouldnt know, my lashes are not downward, not straight, but not curled, more like slightly flipped up natrually, and it kinda goes back 2 that after a few minutes. it gets close 2 the base of ur lashes tho, and doesnt pinch EVER!(which is amazing for my mexican almond shaped eyes!) its ok, buy only if u can deal wit a natrual look

The flat white pad is the reason why it isn’t great. It has a small space and is weak at curling.

This eyelash curler doesn’t do it’s job. SUCKS!

it’s a lash curler. it curls lashes. it’s like any other lash curler you’ve ever used.

At this price point its an amazing product! I`ve never purchased an expensive eye lash curler, but who needs to if you own this one? The curler lengthens and makes your eyes bolder in like 5 seconds! I haven’t used it without mascara, but it stays in all day with. I would defiantly buy this product again.

At first when i used this curler, it made my lashes crimp and didn’t pinch. After using it more, it started to rip my lashes out everytime i use it…..just so sick of this lash curler. i don’t have alot of lashes and this like tweezed my inner corner lashes

I’ve always bought very cheap, not good quality eyelash curlers and this one is inexpensive but much better quality than the others I have tried. That being said, I absolutely cringe at forking over an exorbitant amount of money for eyelash curlers, so, until the day comes where I accept the fact that ‘you get what you pay for’ essentially, I will stick with these curlers. They do the job and get good curl and don’t pinch at all (which is something I struggled with using my last pair of ‘Manicare’ curlers – yuck!). I found my last pair ‘crimped’ rather than curled my eyelashes, and this definitely ‘curls’ more, although I am envious of those who use the shu uemera (sp?) or chanel curlers because of the fantastic results, but I can’t see myself forking over that cash yet… Long story short, this is an adequate and effective eyelash curler that won’t blow the budget!

Got it around $6 CDN. Curls my medium length, medium thick lashes decently. For some reason, my right lashes curl better and the left ones. Will repurchase unless I find better ones.

By far the best curler I’ve used! It’s perfect for my eyes and is very easy to curl with. I’ve never pinched an eyelid with this plus the refills last a long time and are very inexpensive to repurchase if necessary.

I have been using Relon Eyelash Curler for years. It never fails, so I have never tried other curlers yet. It comes with 2 refills and it lasts forever. I think the quality is very good for a drugstore brand, better than some of the higher end ones. very sturdy and not filmsy…. Love it! Highly recommand it to others! It curls lashes very naturally, not too much, just right.

This sucks, it always tugged my lashes.. OUCH!!

HORRIBLE !! Useless product and it can’t curl your lash. Don’t waste your money on it . Glad that I got the eyelash curler as a bonus when I purchase MAX FACTOR STRETCH AND SEPERATE MASCARA and i can still keep the mascara .

I agree…this is absolutely horrible–didn’t do a thing!
