I can’t live without it! It’s the only thing that helps my clogged pores.
I have acne prone skin with deep pores, that if I try to clean them with no steam or without using the Foreo Luna mini they leave scars like little piercing holes…I know it’s disgusting but this is how it is! My break outs always caused by my clogged pores. In the past the only way to clean my pores without getting scarring was by doing facial steam at home once a month. Facial steams are good but your skin needs some days to get back to normal, and you can not do them everyday.
-> THIS TOOL due to the vibrations stimulates the blood flow and helps all the nasty things to come to the surface so it’s easier for me to pop them out of my skin. This has literally saved my skin! When I stopped using it I get these volcano type of pimples that take at least a week to come to surface. I also cleared out from the under the skin clogged pores that felt like little hard spots on my face.
This tool is for those of us that break out severely when we use exfoliating brushes like the Clarisonic one or face scrubs to clean our face. It’s for the people with very sensitive skin, who need sth that doesn’t gather bacteria on its bristles, it’s not abrasive and can help them clean their pores. I also charge it twice a year max, it’s very low maintenance.
ALL IN ALL, this in combination with a skincare routine that is not harsh on chemicals has helped my skin to clear out. When I don’t use this I see a difference, and it’s for the worse. I recommend this to those that have issues with clogged pores and very sensitive skin. For them it would be a good investment. If you like to feel yours skin been intensely exfoliated, you won’t enjoy this!

I use this on a nightly basis. I feel that it does exfoliate decently well and is gentle on my somewhat sensitive skin. The price is fairly high (I believe I paid around $140 for it). I love how long it holds a charge. I have had it for at least 4 months now and haven’t had to charge it other than the initial first charge. There are several different levels of intensity to choose from. It pulses and then pauses to indicate to move on to another spot on your face (60 second intervals). Overall I decided to chose this over the clarisonic because there aren’t any replacement heads, my skin is sensitive and it just seems like a more cleanly option since no fabric is involved.

Based on the good reviews on Foreo website I made my purchase but I can not explain enough my regret of doing so. I never had skin issues until using Foreo Luna mini 2 for about 10 days.
The product is totally overrated and I doubt the positive review’s authenticity.
The worst part is that if you are unsatisfied with the product YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT!
Foreo team, if you believe your product is worth it, you need to be better then this!
Please review your return policy!
Kind regards,
Unhappy client

I got this in the “save the sea” blue color.
I had this device for about 6 months but I honestly only used it for a couple months (you can see where this review is going).
I also have the clarisonic mia 3 (aka Aria) but felt that even the delicate brush head was sometimes a bit too harsh for my skin. The Luna Mini 2 is made entirely of silicone making it more suitable for sensitive skin – I decided to give it a shot.
I like that it has several different settings on the device so you can choose the intensity you want. However, there wasn’t very much difference between them if you ask me. When i used this device, my face did not feel cleaner…. in fact, it didn’t even feel clean at all. Worst part, every time i used this device i got weird bumpy patches on my skin. I thought maybe this was the purging period much like the clarisonic but NO…. it continued on.
This is also a rather expensive device for what it is. While you may not need to change the brush heads like you do with the Clarisonic…The Clarisonic actually made my skin feel SUPER CLEAN. It was like a breath of fresh air for my skin everytime i used the Clarisonic.
I ended up returning the Luna Mini 2 and purchased the replacement brush heads for my Clarisonic instead.

Overpriced gadget. My face didn’t feel clean after using it. I took it back for a full refund. I’ll stick with my Clarisonic, and the brush for sensitive skin. This won’t be around in a few years, too pricey. The gal at Sephora said they have had many returns.

My daughter got this for me for Mothers Day (I believe my hubby kicked in a bit as this is a pricey thing for her to afford entirely on her own, but she’s the one who knew I’d been eyeing the Foreo devices after a trip we took to Sephora for an event). I’d been interested in Foreo for some time, having decided that Clarisonic – with the ongoing need to replace brush heads and the general difficulty in choosing the right brush head, even going by their own information – just was not for me. I am pretty much delighted with my Foreo. On the “down side”, it comes with almost nothing in the way of instructions or a manual (and the sparse instructions they do provide advise you to check out the user manual online). And even the online user manual is less than clear….do I apply cleanser to my face? to the Foreo? to BOTH?? I have the feeling that the manual was written by the same people who wrote the manual for my new stove and seem to have absolutely NO intuitive idea of the sorts of questions users might actually have! The instructions DO specify removing your makeup BEFORE using this and most of the time, that is an extra step I don’t want to bother with, so I have been using this just in the morning. The results are delightful. My skin feels so much smoother and softer than when I don’t use this. Because it pulses and vibrates (rather than buffing and scrubbing), it is very gentle but still effective and doesn’t leave me with a face that looks red and irritated from too much exfoliation. Charging this is quick and simple and the charge lasts for about 6 months, which means this is terrific even for travelling into areas with different voltage.
Had I been buying this for myself, I’d have opted for the pricier model that also works to massage and is “anti-aging” (a nebulous claim at best but still interesting) but as this was a gift from my sweet daughter, I didn’t want to exchange it to “trade up”.

I researched this product for a while. My Drunk Elephant products have transformed my skin, but some bad foundation (Hourglass Vanish Seamless Foundation Stick, I’m looking at you) and weather changes had wreaked havoc that seemed to make those products less effective.
I already had a Clarisonic Aria Brush I’d purchased 3 years ago and barely used as no matter what brush head or cleanser I used, it seemed to make me break out. So, I was leery of making another expensive (overpriced) electrical cleansing device purchase (as I regretted my last – and it recently died). However, so many people with similar issues to mine seemed to have had such tremendous success with the every version of the Luna that I decided I had to have it!
After reading reviews on every version, I decided to skip the full sized version as I believe the Anti-Aging side is a gimmick and the price was ridiculous. I then compared the original mini with the 2 and the 2 just made the most sense since it was an upgraded version and I had the choice.
I then stalked online stores and eBay for a legitimate brand new Luna 2 and score! A girl had received a fuchsia Luna 2 as a gift from a major retail website (with receipt, etc. – unopened), and she wanted to sell it because she loved her Clarisonic. It sells brand new for $139. She listed it for $89 (cheaper than the original).
No one else bid on it and, knowing that was a whopping $50 instant savings and I’d still get the full 2 year warranty (I registered it immediately with their site with no problems), I bought it with no regrets!
I’ve been using it now for 2 weeks every single night without any irritation or problems! My skin is clearing up again, my beloved Drunk Elephant products appear to be working properly again, my pores are shrinking, and my skin tone is evening back out. It cleans like a dream, doesn’t need to be charged often at all (every few months), doesn’t irritate my face, has several different intensity levels, has a larger surface area and longer rubberized bristles than the original for a more thorough and expedient clean, and doesn’t build up any bacteria (silicone).
It doesn’t need any replacement parts EVER (Clarisonic! Ha!), and it’s worked wonders on my skin which I noticed after the very first use! I can use it in the shower (water proof) and I couldn’t be happier! I feel like, getting this brand new at such a low price was a steal, but I honestly would have paid full price for it knowing how well it works.
If you hated the Clarisonic or it hurt or damaged your skin or broke it out like it did mine. Try this! With daily use and a really great pH balanced cleanser, I think you’ll thank me!
*UPDATE* – Now that I’m a few months in, I’ve learned that every other day is usually best for me (partly because I’m over zealous in cleansing and very sensitive). Sometimes I still use it every day – it really depends on whether or not I’m wearing makeup. Days I wear makeup I use it no matter what to do clean that junk out of my pores, days I don’t, I usually skip it because there’s nothing more on my face to clean than my own oils and maybe a serum. Just pay attention to your skin. If it’s irritated (for any reason), using this several times a week as opposed to every day can be just as effective without making it worse (and, while still reaping the benefits).
