   the name makes me wonder who the hell is in charge of marketing (but I guess you won’t forget it!) I’ve read so much about derma-planing and based on the research it seemed like a rather viable option for my skin. I read on some blogs though that you can DIY with the right razor and many suggested the …*shudder*… tinkle. This Is probably the best product for th job without being too aggressive yet still exfoliating at an intense level. HUGE difference in my skin texture and I find that my serums and moisturizer are more effective. It’s easier to apply foundation and my blonde baby beard is no longer! I do this once a week to start and then I’ve backed off to every 4 weeks. Make sure to follow the instructions ie: do it on dry skin, hold it at 45 degree angle, go with the direction of hair growth, hold skin taught.

   It’s important to purchase Dorco Tinkle razors directly from Dorco or from a reliable supplier. Some of the Tinkle razors on Amazon and eBay are not actually Dorco Tinkles. Some are even such obvious knock-offs as to be packaged as “Twinkle” razors, but oeople still review them as the much higher quality Tinkle. You really have to be educated on how to use these razors, or they’re useless. Watch a YouTube video before trying them. When used correctly, these razors are excellent for detmaplaning and eyebrow shaping.

   Have to say, I don’t understand the good reviews. I ordered these off of Amazon and the price was great. But for me, they did not work at all! Tried these on my upper lip, above and between my eyebrows – they only cut occasionally after I dragged them over my skin several times.
   Not for me…

   Where to begin?
   Sooo I saw this vid. Not sure who is this lady you guys oversea probably have a better clue but I kind of liked that she is so sassy about this whole shaving thing. My first reaction was after watching this: WHAAAAT? Then… Thinking…

   I remembered my 14-year-old self standing if front of the mirror and applying Veet cream onto
   my “mustache” and ohh my oh it was sooo wrong, the stuff smelled like nasty rotten salami and the area above my lip became red. So that was my first and last attempt to remove my you-can-barely-see-blond-thin mustache.

   Oh and I have to write this down. I just have to sorry. About this whole you-can-barely-see thing. You have facial hair. Look in the mirror. Can’t see? Omg are you blind? Go outside, see in sunlight, grab a magnifying mirror. Now, it’s ok to have facial hair. Nowadays it’s even ok and sort of trendy not to shave legs/armpits. But I like to be smooth. That’s my decision. If you leave you facial hair, leave it that way – that is you decision. But you have, you know you do. After my horrible attempt to get rid of my ‘mustache’ I went to denial for years. Your man / boyfriend notices it. I know my ex did. Ok not mine, but I remember after once he came home from work told me that he saw a really ugly girl on the bus and she had this crazy-crazy facial hair. It’s not nice to say things like that. But after work, feeling tired he even noticed it. Another example: he told me that their family is blue-eyed-blond-haired type but they are sort of hairy-type too. And he said even his sis has little mustache and peach fuzz. So the point, the thing I’m trying to say: you BF/man/hub knows. Notices. And yea it may bother him.

   So this denial thing was deep, I went years-years ago shopping for foundation at MAC the MUA (he was a guy) told me afer applying the stuff on my face: “oh looks good on you, and it does not accentuate the peach fuzz” I almost said: whaaat man? I don’t have stuffz like that!

   I do.
   After watching the vid linked above, I realized I still do. I decided why not to try to get rid of once again?
   Did some google research even things lik “dermaplanning” came up, and stuff like: “oh you know why man are aging better and have nicer, less wrinkled facial skin? shaving the secret” Ok I was so convinced. I ordered these from ebay, I had to wait almost a month and theeen party started. It was good 6 months ago. I’ve been shaving ever since, and I’ll never ever go back to peach fuzz.

   -Foundation/cream glides on smoooooothly – shaving is the best make up primer – TRUE STORY people
   -Skin is exfoliated, glowy, creams/serums sink in nicely
   -Got rid of a few fine line on my forehead(yea I do shave my forehead too)

   No I don’t look like a man, if I don’t shave my face for like 2 weeks, my peach fuzz grows back and thats is: IT IS NOT STRONGER/NOT MORE VISIBLE THAN IT WAS BEFORE I STARTED REMOVING IT WITH THESE RAZORS. Sorry for the CL but this was my biggest fear. To get obvious, dark, strong facial hair. Nope:) Not happening:)

   So if you want to remove facial hair do not hesitate. Your skin will thank you.
   One more thing: be sure to moisturize afterwards!!!! And tone! I like rose water, it calms my skin after the process.

   Sorry for the longest review ever buuut so many feelings came up. LOL

   I’m not new to razors, although waxers always cringe at me, because I use them. These aren’t any different from the ones I buy at drugstores or Kmart, etc. They are just sold at my local beauty supply store. Work just as well, but the handling is a lot better. And, the blades are larger. You’re still supplied the plastic on the blade, to prevent major hair cutting. But by handling, I mean the grip is longer. I prefer these, over the pricier, big name, brands.

   This a great product to shape your eyebrows and remove any unwanted hair on the facial area. I had a Korean girlfriend and I saw her using this product and I asked her what it was. It is very popular method of hair removal in Korea. I will definitely repurchase.

   I live a couple of blocks away from a Mom & Pop 99 cent store. They carry these razors at 3/99 cents. I’ve seen these sell for up to $5 for three, or $2 each at other beauty supply stores. Just the name alone cracks me up, but these are good for shaping your brows if you are not inclined to pluck each and every strand. I like these for the fuzz hairs, and I pluck the more noticeable ones with my tweezers. The blade has a protector over it so you can’t cut yourself unless you really press it hard into your skin. The pack has one yellow, one green and one pink razor, and they all have covers so you can safely tote them in your makeup bag with you.
