My review for these is split.
They are very sturdy and hold together well. I find they do a excellent job removing nail polish without linting. They fold well, and the edge does a great job of detail work.
However, I find them too rough around my eye area. I also find that they absorb too much product, which matters when it comes to pricy face care products.
I will continue to buy these for my nails but will stick to Shiseido to use on my face.

Before discovering Shiseido’s facial cotton squares and the Quo version (cheaper, somewhat less lovely dupe), I used these Delon cotton rounds for everything – toner, eye makeup remover, etc. Now, I use them but more for removing nail polish or for my less expensive toners and eye makeup removers. I get them at Costco and the price is impossible to beat. As the previous reviewer commented, the outer edges are now firmly sealed (I thought they always were, but just less so) and that edge can, indeed, be sharp so you need to be a bit careful but so long as you are, and you’re using the flat surfaces (one smooth, the other a bit more “exfoliating”), you will be fine. And these are so inexpensive that you can be lavish with them. A good staple to have on hand all the time.

I have been using these for a few years now. I really like them. They changed (last year?) so one side is now more textured then is used to be. They also sealed the edges better (which made the edge fairly sharp for my eye area). There are others that I like more but these are excellent for the price.

I have tried every cotton round brand out there, and none compare to this brand. The rounds are strong, 100% cotton, non-irritating, and don’t break apart easily (which I guess goes back to it being strong). I don’t know the word, but some brands I have used ended up with cotton stuck in my lashes and getting it my eyes. Not with this brand.
I use it for nail polish removal and make up removal. I don’t like using rounds (or anything really) to apply products like toners, because they end up wasting so much.
I purchase mine from Costco in a pack of 8, and each little “bag” contains 100. I find it to be a very good deal for the quality. I can’t remember how much I paid, but I think it was around $15.
I will be repurchasing, and definitely recommend to others.

Delon + Cotton Rounds
This is my go-to cotton rounds. It is premium quality with two sides. One side is silky smooth surface which is ideal for applying toner, astringent and lotion as well as removing nail polish, makeup and lipstick, and other side is textured surface acts as a protective barrier for gentle skin exfoliation. I use the soft side for makeup remover/ lotion and surprise surprise no lint and no cotton mess. I use the textured side to clean up the rest of the makeup that is left behind for toner or more remover. I have also use the cotton rounds for removing nail polish using the texture for glitter and soft for regular polish.
It’s a 100% cotton, not tested on animals, and made in Canada. I got a 6 pack from Costco for a very affordable price. Definitely a big plus in my books.
Thanks for reading!

Like other reviewers, I purchased these when Costco carried them. I no longer see them there, but I believe Amazon carries them.
I found these soft on the face, and sturdy in my fingers (no lint flying off). I used them mainly for applying toner, but they also held up easily to eye makeup and nail polish removal. I personally found that they absorbed more product than I was happy with but that’s just the nature of cotton rounds.
I’ve since switched to using muslin cloths for applying my toner (thin and reusable) so I won’t be repurchasing, but if I were to use cotton rounds it would be these ones.

Hands down best cotton rounds I’ve ever used to remove my eye makeup. #1 thing I love about this product is that there is no irritating lint!!! The cotton round is legit; it
doesn’t break apart easily. I also use these rounds to remove my nail polish!
I used to purchase these in bulk at Costco but I can’t find them anymore!! 🙂

These are the best and do the job of removing my eye makeup without leaving any fluff. Would definitely repurchase.

This are the best cotton pads around. They leave no lint behind, are very soft and never fall apart. They also great for removing nail polish. I have been only able to buy them in Costco, pack of 9 for $13.
