Nothing wrong with Target brand cotton rounds. Far better than CVS or Walgreen’s (Studio 35) cheapie-rounds. Not as soft as (higher priced) J&J.

I brought the exfoliating cotton rounds. Unimpressed as others have written. Not soft as the ones I typically buy in a much larger pack from Costco. The exfoliating side is tightly quilted and the other side is softer.

Awful product comes apart when using with anything, toner, nail polish remover, cleansing oil etc

I do quite like these cotton rounds as they do a great job at removing my makeup.
My only complaint is that they are not as soft as they could be.

Bought these cotton rounds at Target for my eye makeup remover. These things are horrible!! It doesn’t matter that they are cheap because you are going to throw them out anyway. For eye makeup remover they leave cotton on and in your eyes that looks like hair. It was impossible to get out and my eyes watered for hours. ( I almost blamed my remover, but it was this) I tried to use it for toner and it fell apart. I can’t even use this for nail polish remover. What a waste!!

OK in a pinch but they do shed a bit. I prefer higher quality (and thus a bit higher priced) Johnson & Johnson or even Target brand (non-exfoliating) cotton rounds for every day use (toner, makeup removal, etc.)

This is for the 80 round package 100% cotton rounds under the CVS brand name. I bought these on clearance, but I wouldn’t buy them again because they shed fibers onto my face. These have a fairly smooth side and a kind of bumpy side (but not exfoliating bumps). I use the smooth side only, but it doesn’t take much use to cause cotton fibers to come off the pad and stick to my face.
