   Update 1-8-2020 I used each of the little pots twice and then gifted what was left to a friend. I was not tempted to buy full size in any of the three. I think there are other methods of exfoliation that are much easier and less expensive and frankly much less messy staining of wash cloths. Big fan of The Ordinary Peels and Mud.

   Each mask is a 1/2 ounce sample, kit is packaged very prettily in box with application brush.. This is a good way to try especially if you are like me and don’t use masks very often. The website often has sales so if you want to try, wait for a sale. I think I paid around $34. I don’t think I will buy full size of any.

   I washed face applied for 10-15 minutes and rinsed off. Pomegranate has a strong tingling close to burning on my skin, uncomfortable but not unbearable – I knew it was on the entire time. I do feel like this one had the best results, would compare to a Vit C peel done at spa (which frankly I was miserable after!). Turmeric I tried this one last night, be warned this will stain clothes, the little brush and wash clothes. This one only irritated in last stages of dry down. You will look like an oompa loompa, bright yellow with black seeds, this was a mess to wash off. The Clay Detox mask was the first I tried, I only have a dry clay to compare to, it’s a thick product, very sticky to apply and I really did not feel like it detoxed my skin. The clay and turmeric are very thick, the pomegranate is a bit more like stew! I’m going to estimate each container will be 3-5 masks depending on how thick you layer on, I covered face but didn’t over slather. All reduced look of texture to my skin and after my regular serums overnight skin does look refreshed. Glad I tried and will use up, but will last me quite some time as I do a mask once a week, maybe twice. Good news did not have any adverse reaction to any of the masks.

   My skin: 58 year old, little to no break outs, light wrinkles, a few age spots, sensitive, generally clear good condition skin. I have noticed if I’m not exfoliating gently my skin gets dull and flat. Hence trying a mask or two. These masks and same brand hydrating mask seem to have reduced out face smile lines under cheeks. I tried hydrating mask (same brand) and am basically using that one on a night when I am too lazy to do a full serum regime!
