I bought this mask after seeing great reviews. This mask applies nicely and peels off well, but it does nothing for my skin. I was hoping it would pull out some impurities or dry flakes from my skin. Maybe I was expecting too much from this mask but I really don’t notice any difference after I use it. I won’t repurchase.
UPDATE: I have been adding activated charcoal to this mask beforin applying it. This makes it more firm, and seems to make it more effective.

This is a good mask for all skin types in my opinion. I applied it to my face and neck after washing and drying. I peeled it off and it took the dead skin off and left my face feeling nice smooth and refreshed.
Great smell, nice consistency, good packaging, more than affordable. I applied too much the first time and it took forever to dry. Be sure to put a nice medium layer, not too thick as you’ll be wasting the product and still end up with the same results.
Although it removes dirt and oil like any other mask would do, the reason I rated it 4 and think it’s a great mask is because I used it 3 times a week ( I use the avacado mask once a week and the charcoal scrub at the end of my work week) and it hasn’t broken me out or left my face feeling tight or burned. I’m pretty sure there are even better masks that cost more but for a drugstore mask not only is it affordable but it’s a better quality of mask than what you would expect to get for such a cheap price.

I would like to review group of mask I feel have to have to maintain glowing skin. This is peel off mask. Now in a end of summer when skin accumulated sunburns during summer and unevenness of color . Soon sun will be not so harmful. It is time to exfoliate to remove all dead skin. Improve color and texture. Some time during this process skin became dry and flaky. It flakiness also happened in winter with dry skin. And It time for peel of mask to apply on skin.
Freeman make many peel of mask while years ago was only cucumber mask available. They all do same – remove flakes of dead skin.
This product come in easy to use plastic tube in generous size as all Freeman masks. Price is amazing around 4$ will not break the bank. Mask easy to store open and close and squeeze from tube. Mask should be apply on clean dry skin medium layer. Hair should be not touched. Hair should be tied back. Eyes, eyebrows and lips should be avoided. Wait as mask will dry in to see thru flexible film glued to the skin. Not mixed up with new now widely available rubberizing masks which is seems to be similar but they are completely different purpose and qualities.
After mask dried out it should carefully peeled off from face with all flakes and dead skin.
In my opinion this mask is must have for any skin type.

Probably tied with the Black Sugar Charcoal scrub for my 2nd favorite Freeman product – I really enjoy this! I love that it takes off dead skin cells without scrubbing (I find the peeling sensation much more refreshing and gentle), and has a pleasant scent! I also can’t explain the satisfying feeling of peeling gunk off your face, it’s so great. Fair warning, you need to be careful when applying this – be extremely cautious that you don’t get it in your hair line. I remember the first time I used this, I got it in my right eyebrow and thought I’d never see my eyebrow again, LOL! Not to worry, it’s not wax, it comes out of eyebrows just fine (probably because they are shorter hairs), but I find it extremely hard to get out of my hair once it’s attached itself to a long strand. Lastly, I feel as if I have to use a lot of product (about a 2 quarters worth) to get it thick enough to peel off, but this is an affordable mask and I haven’t used up a tube yet. Ultimately I’d recommend for a spa-night treat or if you have lots of blackheads and clogged pores!

This is the first Freeman product I have used, and the first peel-off type mask I’ve tried. This was an incredible treat and a huge bargain at just over $4. It has a pleasant scent from the fruit, LOTS of sexy ingredients. The drying time is a little long but I can do other things as it settles so that isn’t a problem. It is VERY messy and hard to wash off of hands, but the hassle is worth it. Cooling, soothing, and I kind of find the peeling part fun! Proper drying time ensures it comes off in one piece, and you can see exactly where on your face it did the most work. For $4, you really ought to have this in your cabinet. It’s the cheapest face pampering, and feels great on acne prone skin and helps with excess oils after a nasty day.

I like this mask quite a bit. It feels cooling and soothing going on, once dry (takes about 20-30 minutes irregardless of what the package says) it peels off easily but with a nice firm tug. I can actually see gunk it has pulled out of my pores stuck to it! Leaves my face feeling smooth and definately looking clearer. <3 will be buying it again and the price is so cheap and awesome!

I tried this yesterday and made my skin oh so soft and smooth. This is the first freeman mask i have used and am satisfied. The gel is messy to apply. I would use a wooden stick next time. I waited about 20 mins before peeling it off.

Hells yes, I would buy this again!! Best peel-off mask EVER. I have sensitive/combination skin also and I thought this might burn and irritate me but NO! It is so cooling and soothing, a wonderful treat. You can feel the good ingredients soaking in. And of course it’s fun to peel it off, I leave it on about 20 minutes to make sure it’s dry. Then I half peel it off, leave it hanging off my face and make zombie sounds and chase around my fiance and make him yell. LOL! Too much info??? Anyway, it does not dry out my skin either, I just rinse lightly after I peel it off and apply my usual moisturizer. And at $5 at the drug store, how reasonable can you get. Try it!!!

This mask really define pores. It does make your face a dewy soft, and this peel off mask is so fierce that I felt like I was waxing my face when I peeled it off.
It really grips the skin-that is what I love about this mask. It gets down in the pores. I believe this is the best peel off mask their is-considering that I have paid up to $60.00 on peel off masks that does not have the tug and results this mask has.

Pros:
– Easy to apply gel
– Leaves my skin so smooth, even, brighter, and clearer. I use this once a week
because I don’t exfoliate- when my skin starts to look dull I use this mask and it
rejuvenates it like no other. My skin looks awake and happy 🙂
– Peels off easily and in one piece
– You gotta admit, peel-off masks are the most fun masks out there. Peeling it off and
seeing all the dead skin cells, dirt, and sometimes blackheads on the mask ‘husk’ is
just way too amusing. :3
Cons:
– None
Overall:
I was a little sketchy about this mask because it was so cheap, I thought they would
use cheap ingredients that were bad for my skin. When I looked at the ingredients,
most of them were fruit-derived. I guess I was wrong. I can’t live without this mask,
when my skin starts looking dull I NEED to use it!!
$4 from Shopper’s Drug Mart.
update: I’ve been using the same tube for about a year and I still love it. It still rejuvenates my skin and doesn’t dry it out (I have eczema). I can’t wait to finish it and try out some of the other Freeman peel off masks!
