This is a difficult product to Review. Product is from the Limited Edition Pump Collection, Black packed with Chunks if Multi-colored Glitter (Totally not Necessary for the product but i dont fault them for drawing eyes to the Product ). Directions were to apply, let it sit for 25-30 minutes and then Peel off. I applied the mask in 1 layer and it dried very quickly and thin so I applied another layer. As i was wearing this product for 30 Minutes, I was saying to myself, this is the most tightening face mask I have ever put on my face, so tight that I couldn’t even open my mouth and it wouldn’t crack, which I thought was a Positive thing.
It felt like my face was being Plastered in a mold and I couldn’t move. It dried way before 30 minutes but I waited until the time was up and then the agony began. I tried peeling this off and it was so gruesome and painful, the best way to describe is like peeling a Thick Band-Aid off of your face. It literally felt like it was ripping an entire layer of my skin off, even ripping the fine hairs everyone has on their face and it wasn’t even peeling off in one Clump. Each piece hurt so bad that I had to wash it off, and it did easily. My skin did feel Smooth but maybe it was because an entire layer of skin came off of it with the Product. To best describe was a Biore face strip with Glue! What started to be an excellent process turned into a total nightmare. My face even stung for a solid 20 minutes afterwards. Dont be fooled by the Glitz and the Glam of the Glitter, playing with Beauty Products should be fun and Soothing. This could be a Fantastic Product, Directions definitely need to be changed to be washed off instead of peel off and you have the perfect face mask. I gave this rating a 2 because it was, in all honesty, the tightest mask I have ever put on my face with much potential but turned out terribly. Wet n Wild is one of my Favorite Brands but this was a total Flop.
