I really love this line and the fact it is made in the states. Really great for more oily skin times like summer or when u need a deep clean. It is similar to QH mint mask but way less stinging and way better ingridents. No smell and bottle lasted me using 2 times a week for about 2 months. I use it on my neck and upper chest area. I have normal skin with occasional breakouts when I get lazy and a bit oily in the summer without any acne.

I really only use this during warmer months when my t-zone is oilier, and it works great for controlling oil and balancing my t-zone. Doesn’t do a lot for my clogged pores, however. I will still keep using it because I’m happy with the results and that it doesn’t cause any irritation at all.

I am allergic to sulfur and masks like these are so hard to find without sulfur. This mask is super great!! My face looks better immediately after but I always do a moisture mask right after because my skin feels a little dry. I love it though and will repurchase!

This mask keeps my acne prone skin acne free! This is a great mask to use between facials. I use it as instructed and it keeps my pores clean meanwhile I don’t get extractions on my skin.

The product is gentle and i noticed it gave my skin a nice smooth glow, however this lasted for only one day lol. Although it says to only use twice a week i use it as a pimple cream as well. I would apply it to my pimples overnight and surprisingly it made my pimple go away. It did not dry out my skin at all amazing!
I am thinking about using this product everyday now but dont know if its a good idea… but i def will purchase this product again!

I respect Boscia products a lot because their production facility is more sterile and professional than most hospitals. A Boscia product, including this one, has never caused me skin to break out or dry out. It’s preservative-free (yay!). The texture is still soft, even after months, possibly because of the tube design packaging keeps it fresh. It slightly tingles on the skin and feels refreshing after washing it off. It’s a nice mask to pamper yourself with, but it’s too gentle to really be effective. Good people with very sensitive skin looking for a very gentle and natural alternative to other calming detox masks.

I’m usually a huge fan of Boscia products but I didn’t like this mask. It didn’t feel like it really did anything for my skin. It’s really easy to spread and reminds me of a weaker version of the Queen Helen mint julep masque, minus the stinging. After it dried and I washed it off, I’m not sure my skin was smoother or anything. I prefer Boscia’s black mask to this detox mask.

What a great value for its price! One tube of this lasts a full year – with weekly use during summer, autumn and spring – and this works as well as the first day I got it 😉 In fact I have this mask on my face right now!!
Yes, they say to just apply a thin layer but I apply this until I can’t really see the texture or skin tone (whichever comes first) of my face. I have a somewhat large face too so I use about a quarter-size amount on forehead, each cheek and nose & chin. I tend to breakout most in my T-zone area, especially the forehead, so I concentrate this mask there.
I think this mask works best after a shower. Probably something to do with all the steam opening up your pores; that’s not something you get after you just wash your face over the sink! I’ve tried this mask a few ways and I get, by far, the BEST results if I apply this after I’m completely done with my shower and rinse off after 5 minutes (or until it gets hard to smile). I don’t find applying it any longer than 5 minutes makes much of a difference.
ALSO one important thing to know is that this mask is probably best for combination to oily skin. I have very oily skin and this is a lifesaver in the summer and hotter months. Even though my skin turns more combination in winter, I would NEVER use this mask in the winter because my skin simply is not oily enough.
Another great side effect of this mask (maybe it has also been in conjunction with my Retin-A) is that I have really diminished the appearance of blackheads on my nose! 🙂
If you have oily skin, PLEASE give this mask a try! It’s such an excellent value for the amount and you just need 5 minutes after a shower.

i like this mask, i do. i’m just not so sure its actually doing anything for me. i’d give it a 3.5 if i could. its pricey, but better than QH for me. the menthol or whatever it is in QH burns around my nose and irritates my skin. it caused no irritation, i’m just not sure it did anything.
